Helen McCrory Talks Filming on Spinner's End for Half-Blood Prince

Actress Helen McCrory has given a new interview where she discusses filming her role as Narcissa Malfoy in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Three US IMAX Showings of Half-Blood Prince on July 15

Previously it was announced that due to a scheduling conflict, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince would not be able to screen in IMAX until several weeks after the regular opening. While that still holds true, the film will be playing in three IMAX theaters in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Half-Blood Prince will open in many IMAX theaters later on July 29th.

Movie Theater Chain in US to Hold Harry Potter Marathons Before Half-Blood Prince

A movie chain here in the US will holding Harry Potter movie marathons before the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Starting at 9:00am on Tuesday, July 14th, Carmike Cinemas will begin screening of the first five Harry Potter films before their midnight release of Half-Blood Prince.
