From the Lancaster (Pennsylvania) New Era:

Competitors in the Lancaster YMCA triathlon might notice a few things at next month's race:

-- Some new guys directing traffic on the bike course.
-- A bigger crowd of racers.
-- And, oh yeah, maybe a guy in a wizard's hat crossing the finish line.

All are the result of the Penryn Fire Police's decision earlier this year to stop providing traffic control for the YMCA's annual swim-bike-run race held north of Lititz.
