Jasen from iHP points us to this [Sydney] Daily Telegraph article on upcoming “Prisoner of Azkaban” director Alfonso Cuaron:

Cuaron shows a deft, humanist hand in Y Tu Mama Tambien, which should contrast well with Chris Columbus’s workmanlike, if faithful, direction on Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. And in 1995, Cuaron showed he knew how to handle a children’s film with a beautiful adaptation of Frances Hodgson Burnett’s A Little Princess

Scots JK Rowling and Robert the Bruce were named as two of the 100 greatest Britons of all time in a national survey. (From the Scotsman.)

An article from PN Online states that Bloomsbury has launched an “ambitious promotion campaign, including a TV advertising experiment, to increase yet further its already staggering sales of the Harry Potter books.”
