Loony Lupin Rumors

At last night’s Empire Magazine awards, a new name was mentioned in connection with the role of Remus Lupin on PoA. A reporter on the scene tells us that Steve Coogan, most recently of 24 Hour Party People, and shownhere at the awards last night, was asked whether he was up for the role. He neither confirmed nor denied it, but the buzz at the event was that he’s a contender for the part – but we maintain that David Thewlis has been absolutely confirmed.
