More info on Nimbus 2003

Nimbus 2003 is officially in session. For updates throughout the weekend, visit the convention’s Live Journal, which will have pictures and reports. I’ll update briefly once or twice while I’m down there if I can; I’ll be attending the FictionAlley birthday party tomorrow night and several panels on Saturday (though I’m not sure which ones yet). Right now the “Canon, Interpretation and the Alternate Universe: Navigating the Fandom Safely” (featuring the Lexicon‘s own Steve Vander Ark) looks good, as does “Sail on Good Ship: Shipping Debate” (sure to be, er, lively) and “The Seven Deadly Sins/Seven Heavenly Virtues: Moral Development in Harry Potter.” (Look at that, Byatt – adults, intelligence and Harry Potter. Who would have thought?)
