JKR Asked to Write a Dr Who Episode

Unfortunately, she declined, Russell T Davies' column in Issue 343 of Doctor Who Magazine reports> Davis, who is the executive producer and main writer for Dr Who, asked JK Rowling if she would like to write an episode for the new series due to air on BBC1 early next year.
