Bloomsbury.com has posted that they are releasing an EPK (that’s a press kit) with footage of Jo Rowling signing the first copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (which, fans might want to note, will be released THIS WEEK) to the National Library of Scotland in Edinburgh. Librarian Martyn Wade reports “we look forward to welcoming the many children – and adults – who will want to come to the National Library of Scotland and see this unique book.”
Bloomsbury also reports that they are releasing footage of illustrator Jason Cockcroft speaking about his book jacket artwork. Says Cockcroft: “As I found with illustrating the previous book Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, it’s exciting but sometimes daunting drawing the artwork for the Harry Potter book jackets. I see my drawing everywhere when the book comes out.”

Thanks much, Thomas!
