Arthur A. Levine Books Updates FAQ with HBP “Errors”

The Web site for Arthur A. Levine Books, the imprint of Scholastic books that publishes the American editions of Harry Potter, has updated its FAQ to answer some questions they’ve been receiving from many readers regarding potential errors in the books. It also clears up some misconceptions. For instance: “The site, therefore, of Fudge stepping out of the fire once more …” is an error; it should have been “sight.” However, “The misty fug his breath had left on the window . . .” is not an error; as the FAQ explains, “fug” is indeed a word and one that Jo Rowling meant in this situation.
