Georgia State School Board Votes to Keep Potter; Yet Another Appeal Planned

In the seemingly never-ending saga of Laura Mallory’s fight to get Harry Potter banned from school bookshelves in Georgia, MSNBC reports that though the state board voted to keep the books, she is considering yet another appeal.
The board members apparently voted “without discussion” to keep the books, adding another foil to Mallory’s now year-long fight to ban them from Gwinett County schools. She claims the books indoctrinate children in witchcraft.
