Issue 2 of Scribbulus Released

The second issue of our essay project, Scribbulus, is now open for perusing, and contains 12 news essays. The subjects include: Possible repercussions of Dumbledore revealing the location of the Order's headquarters to theh Dursleys, and the parallels between Muggle happenings and the International Statute of Secrecy.
