Thanks to readers Katie and others, we have our first batch of pics up from our official Harry Potter discussion tour, in which Cheryl Klein (editor at Arthur A. Levine Books, American publishers of Harry Potter), Emerson Spartz (of MuggleNet.com) and I visit bookstores in three cities to discuss the books with you all and celebrate the release of the paperback. You can see them here in our galleries.
We had a blast at the first event and are looking forward to the last two; the next is at Barnes & Noble in Summerlin, Nevada (about 2 miles from the J.W. Marriott, where many of you will be staying for the Lumos 2006 conference / live LeakyMug) on July 25 at 7 p.m.; the last is at Barnes & Noble at the Grove in Los Angeles on July 30, at 1 p.m. These have been recorded and will be released as a podcast; details on how you can subscribe will be available soon.
