Well I guess if Lourdes[madonna’s daughter]is a resident of he UK than she can be in one of the films too. Good luck to everyone else.

Wow, this is what I’ve always wanted to do, be a walk-on character well actually I just wanted to be there on set while the camera was rolling even if I wasn’t in the picture, ee. I entered. fingers crossed

oh that would be sooo cool! haha that cat game is hilarious!

Errr if it’s silent I don’t get why Americans can’t be in it.

Woot! I’m from the UK and over 12 so I entered!! I’m actually 23, so I hope they don’t sift the entries so that non-Hogwartian aged people won’t have a chance. If I wore my shoes on my knees, had a shave and spoke liiike theeese then it should be alright. Sorry every1 outside the UK; look out for me in The Half-Blood Prince; I’ll be the one screaming ‘HEEEEEEEEY!!!! LOOK AT ME!!!!’

Sarah, who cares? Usually seems to be Americans complaning about stuff like this…

WOW-How addictive is Free Umbridges Cats!! I just finished all ten rounds and got 239,000 points! Yay for me freeing the cats!! Entered comp-fingers crossed but I have no luck at being randomly chosen for anything!!

Well the “no guarantee” part is basically just a sort of protection, in case the winner is some annoying person or something. But there is a possibility that they have something planned and you get to do much more. Once you’re in the set and if the director likes you, anything can happen.

GASP Why can’t Americans be in the crowd, ugh you guys are so lucky! I wish I British right now!

why is it just the uk that is in the movie the us cshould get to try out too

The reason why this is only open to people in the UK is because there is a strict rule that the actors in the movies be from the UK. The only actors who have not been from the UK is the chick who played Fleur and the guy who played Viktor, yet they are both from the same country as the charaters that they played.

Oh come on!!! UK residents only? Not fair! I mean, it’s not like we’d be getting a big part anyway, we’d probably get a minor part with no lines, and even if we got a line or two, we could fake the accent!
Anyways, good luck to everyone in the UK who tries out!

Hmm, not only is there a strict rule against Americans being in the films, the cost of flying one American over to England and paying for their hotel e.t.c. would be more than WB are willing to pay.

And people say the US gets all the good stuff? ha! This is sooo cool, good luck to all you lucky Brits who apply!
