Sounds like most of the information so far is backstory/background, but if there’s something specific to understanding the novels, I’d appreciate.

Well done, all! I listened to it with a huge smile plastered on my face! I especially enjoyed the banter between Jo and John…those two make a hilarious pair (the diamond encrusted Beedle bit had me rolling). I think this is such a testament not only to how respected Leaky is, but also to how absolutely amazing and giving Jo is. What a way to finish a truly incredible year! Also, the new Jo intro is awesome!
budb: Have you seen the summaries posted on AQ yet? It sounds as if the show was recorded Thursday afternoon, I would guess, despite the introduction, via something like skype.
I liked the dimond BTB as well. One of the best lines in my opinion was Jo asking, “Don’t you think it id a bit too bling?”

On the intro, was that Jessica Rowling? The voice doing the recording for Hogwarts? It sounded like a younger person.
