I finally have the 5th HP movie. I do have one possibly duh worthy question tho. Who the bloody heck is “Nymphadora”? You know, the chic that came with Moody to rescue Harry. I think she’s kinda cool & would like to know more about her. Thanks 4 the help!

The obvious way to find out about Nymphadora Tonks is to read the books, where she is one of the more major secondary characters. Briefly, she is a recently qualified Auror, metamorphmagus, and daughter of Sirius’s favourite cousin Andromeda.

I’m not sure if I commented yet, but this interview was amazing! Thank you so much for this Christmas present! I seriously cried when I first read that Jo was going to be on Pottercast, haha. I never cry, so that shows how much this meant to me.

I’ve now listened to this 4 times today and I LOVE this pottercast!!!! Jo is so lovely to listen to, and I have really enjoyed her interaction with the Pottercast trio. Her back and forth with John is also extremely funny and is something I truly thought that I would NEVER hear. Kudos to you guys!!

I have now received my Christmas present – twice. The first present came last week, when I was reading SS/PS to my 7 year old daughter. We were reading the scene in the great hall just following the sorting, when Dumbledore uttered those infamous words…Nitwit, Blubber, Oddment, and Tweak. My daughter let out the kind of full belly laugh that warms you on a cold day. My second present – to hear Jo speak so eloquently (and yet informally) about her work. What a wonderful treat! Merry Christmas to Melissa, John, Sue…and most importantly – Jo!

I really wish someone would ask Jo why Ginny ended up being so unimportant in DH after all the HBP hype. Luna and Dean were far more important in DH than Ginny! maybe they should be considered Harry’s equal & soulmate instead of Ginny. ;)

I sincerely hope Jo changes her mind and writes the Scottish Encylopidia in less than 10 years. I would LOVE to read it and I could be dead by then. A decade is a long time.

Love this interview with Jo though.
