Harry Potter actresses Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) and Katie Leung (Cho Chang) were in attendance at the “Bourne Ultimatum” film premiere which took place earlier this evening in London. Photos of the actresses on arriving at the event are now online and can be seen courtesy of Getty and WireImage.
I noticed that Trinny (as in Trinny & Suzanna “What Not To Wear”) was at the premier too. With any luck she’ll have taken Bonnie to one side and offered to go shopping with her!
To be fair to Bonnie, those of us old enough to do so all look back at photos of our teenage selves and think ‘What was I wearing?!’ and those of you who are still that young will do the same in a few years time, I guarantee it!

Bonnie strikes me as an artistic type of person who doesn’t like to look or do what everybody else is doing. She’s always experimental with her fashion, and I absolutely love it! It’s so boring to wear things just because everybody else is wearing them.
And don’t her parents style models for Vogue covers and stuff? Bonnie would surely have taken a few hints from the type of people her parents hang with. I saw a picture of this girl somewhere where she’s rolling a cigarette. I hate the fact that she smokes, but it makes it so cool that she rolls her cigarettes herself. She’s funky this one.
Bonnie doesn’t smoke anymore, for those who wondered. Smart girl.
And personally, I think she loks great. I want that skirt of hers. So if she looks a bit fat? At least you don’t get bored to death by looking at her, like you do with Emma.
i really love bonnie wright, but i have to say “what the hell was she wearing??!!!” that skirt was really horrible!!! she is a really beautiful girl, if she just tried wearing something a little more atrractive like she did at the gof premiere than she’d look amazing!!!!
She can wear what she likes really, who cares if she looks fat, if she’s happy with what she’s wearing? It’s not something I’d want to wear, but if she’s happy with it then hey, whatever. I agree with Lina, at least it’s not a boring outfit!
Bonnie’s auburn hair is beautiful and so is her peaches and creme complexion. But the straight-across bangs make her face look wider and squarer than it should. Her PR shots for OOTP (without the bangs) made her face look slimmer, and she looked more sophisticated and grownup. I feel like the bangs make her look like a kid and not a teenager—a real step backward. Hopefully, the production company’s stylist will take her in hand before filming starts on HBP.
Sorry—this isn’t bashing. I luff hah, as we say in NJ. But the bangs have to go!
Bonnies shoes are amazing and with another dress the whole outfit would be as amazing as it often are with her. And i like her bangs a lot, even though i hope that she doesn’t have it in HBP.
I love Bonnie and her character in the Harry Potter books but I do not understand her fashion choice for this premiere, but hey it’s just one day and she’ll rock her tomorrow

Oh, no! Bonnie and Katie dress like teenagers! Someone help them!! [note tongue firmly planted in cheek]
As for myself, I’m grateful none of my teen fashion choices were photographed by Getty. They are forgotten by all but me…and maybe my mother.
OK, before I comment, I wish to say that I am a HUGE Bonnie Wright fan and have often complained about her lack of representation in the HP Films….that said….
Her outfit and hair (the bangs) are AWEFUL! She doesn’t look like she’s dressed “like a teenager”, she looks like she is 12, playing dress-up with her mother’s shoes. she is a nice looking girl, but this ensemble and hair does NOTHING for her. I hope she or the studio hires a stylist.
