I am on my second listening on CD of Deathly Hallows and it’s just wonderful.

I actually listened to the first five books before reading any of the books in the series. HBP was the first one I read, rather than listened to because there was a long wait for the CD set at the library. I have since purchased all seven books so I can listen to them when ever I want. Jim’s voice brings such life and feeling to the characters it’s a joy and thrill to listen to the books!

Jim Dale is so awesome! I love the audiobook of DH! When we were in line at the Union Square book store, he came outside at one in the morning and gave the audiobook to my eight-year-old sister!!!!! We were in shock. I new having a cute siser was good for something! But it totally made the five to six hour wait worth it.

After I finished reading DH, I decided to give the audio book a try. DH is my first audio book experience, but it won’t be my last.

I’ve been listening to Jim Dale over the last week and he’s WONDERFUL! He made DH thrilling for me all over again! Now I simply must hear the first six books as well.
