At a formal press conference covered by the Ukrainian Independent Information Agency, the cover art for the Ukrainian edition of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” was released by publishers A-BA-BA-HA-LA-MA-HA. HPClub.com.ua let us know they now have this very dramatic (and very spoiler filled) cover art, including the back cover art, available for fans. The Ukrainian edition of the final Harry Potter novel is set for release at the end of this month.
good cover. the trio look almost like they just stepped off the DVD case of Goblet of Fire though. this is neither good nor bad. the detail is great, almost like the early Grand Pre covers with all the details that encompass the entire novel instead of just depiction gone small moment of the book
When will this book be released? I finally found a website in English that sells the Urkainian version, but I can’t find the release date. This cover is amazing!
I love how they’ve portrayed Shell Cottage, and I love how Ron’s holding the sword. Isn’t it funny how their Harry and Ron greatly resemble Dan and Rupert, but Hermione looks nothing like Emma?

It is a nice cover—better than the French. I am just glad I read the book BEFORE I saw this cover. Can you imagine the podcasts and forums if we had this cover to disucss?!
I think the cover is pretty good but I kind of agree with Jason, Harry Hermione, and Ron don’t look like kids. I like the part on harry and hagrid agianst the death eaters but some of the art on the front is confusing.
This is a wonderful cover! It definitely conveys the feeling and tone of the books so much better. Are all the Ukrainian covers this true to the HP spirit?
Correction, this is the best one with the exception of Hermione (unless thats Ginny?) whos hair and face looks way off. If it is Ginny I don’t understand what would make her cover-worthy.
I really dig harry’s look and I would LOVE it if Dan Radcliff sported it for the movie version of DH.
I must say that is the best cover I’ve seen to date. It even trumps Ms. Grandpre’s and the artist who made the British cover. The detail is amazing. The scene of Harry mourning over Dobby actually mad me tear up a bit. I even like scene of Batilda Bagshot’s head on Nagini’s body…that’s a trip. As others have mentioned, the trio do seem a bit older on this cover. I’m guessing it’s to convey that they are no longer children, but adults…just my opinion. I love it!!
