I have a very busy day! I will listen later!Avatar Image says: I hope this comment goes through. i really wanted to go to the live show but i live far away. i will listen to this after i finish twilight. and after i buy beedle the bard. Avatar Image says: Judging by the episode title alone, I will not be letting my six-year-old daughter listen to this particular show, lest she become prematurely eager to find out what "fondling" means.Avatar Image says: With regard to whether Beedle made the tales up, I think the Tale of the Three Brothers shows us that he did use external sources at least in part, because that is clearly a reference to the Peverell brothers. I am with Dumbledore in thinking that the Peverells were simply gifted, dangerous wizards who succeeded in creating those powerful objects, but we know that these three objects really exist in the Potterverse, and trace back to these three brothers, so there was either an existing tale, or Beedle was inspired by what he knew of the Peverell brothers and fashioned a fairy tale out of that knowledge (he could have been a seeker of the Deathly Hallows, or even a descendant of one of the brothers who knew the family history).Avatar Image says: YAY this has made my day :)Avatar Image says: Isn't this PC 175? Unless you're counting the POA commentary as 175.... in which case, I'm wrong!Avatar Image says: Oh my goodness! I loved Beedle, Dumbledore're commentaries especially. Avatar Image says: What happened PotterCast 175? lolAvatar Image says: I was there, and it was totally the best experience I've had in months! I won the trivia game, and I was the one who brought the discussion back to Animagi, to most of the Pottercasters' chagrin XDAvatar Image says: my mum lurVz harry potter shes read lYk awl tha books 20 times each wahhttt...Avatar Image says: Maybe this is like swearing in the church, but it amazes me you haven't sorted out the sound yet - after 176 episodes of PotterCast! I don't want to sound grumpy or ungrateful or something, but I don't understand why it has to be like it is now. Some people sound like they're on the other side of the room, and others like they're inside a barrel or bottle. Please give everybody the same microphone setup. Test sound before recording. Please.
