Avatar Image says: woah!!! I will start reading as soon as the page is uploaded! I allready wondered when it would come out!Avatar Image says: to the logic question: 1. take scabbers across 2. go back 3. take crookshanks across 4. take scabbers back, leaving croodshanks 5. take the grain across, leaving scabbers on the original bank 6. go back 7. take scabbers across again. 8. whee! all across and uneaten!!Avatar Image says: Great attempt, blackandwhitemiko! But you've forgotten to bring Ron across, and when you start by taking Scabbers across, Ron is left behind with Crookshanks - which will end in disaster!Avatar Image says: What size paper is this issue meant to print on? I am thinking it is for USA legal size. Any suggestions for those of us living in international size paper land? I have the choice of A4 or A3 - I can fit on the A3, but it is huge. Any one able to help:? Thanks - Katiebob in New ZealandAvatar Image says: What size paper is this issue meant to print on? I am thinking it is for USA legal size. I'm correcting myself... 1- Take Ron across 2- Go back 3- Take Scabbers across 4- Go back 5- Take the grain across 6- Go back 7- Take Crookshanks across I think that works better : )Avatar Image says: oops! sorry, wordsaremagic. i posted i minute after you! i've posted in the thread you linked. : ) Avatar Image says: oops! sorry, wordsaremagic. i posted i minute after you! i've posted in the thread you linked. : ) Avatar Image says: lily_luna - that's also a good attempt, but still not right! If you take Ron across first then Scabbers will eat the grain, if Crookshanks doesn't eat him first! You can't leave Scabbers and the grain together or Crookshanks with Scabbers unless Harry or Ron is around. Avatar Image says: those Flourish and Blotts books, like that Practical Herbology one in the ad, look so real. wish Jo'd write some Hogwarts textbooks...I'd spend more time reading those than my college ones :PAvatar Image says: 1-take grain across 2-go back 3-take crookshanks back 4-go back 5-take ron across 6- go back 7-get scabbers across tada!Avatar Image says: ARGH!!!!! I can't get mine to download!!!! : ( Avatar Image says: Since I'm lazy like a wizard, I wrote a program to check every possible step. ^^' SPOILER Harry takes Crookshanks across the river, goes back and brings the sack of grain to the other side, then goes back and brings Ron over, immediately saves Crookshanks from Ron's clutches by taking the kneazle back, saves Scabbers from Crookshanks by taking him across to his owner, and finally goes back to give Crookshanks his third ride over the river. Harry himself crosses the river nine times. /SPOILERAvatar Image says: is Harry not supposed to be with Ron otherwise Crookshanks will attack him? 1 Take Crookshanks across 2 Go back 3 Take Scabbers across 4 Go back but take Crookshanks back with him 5 Take Ron 6 Go back 7 Take the grain 8 Go back 9 Take Crookshanks Think that's itAvatar Image says: oops or what creaothceann just said!Avatar Image says: It has a truly Quibbler-esque feeling to it!Avatar Image says: hey, corkypygmy! i think ur right! thats just what i thought. :)
