PB I have collected evidence of my own that it was the MMMM which released the Midget of Fifth Street, under guise of Fabian!
Real!Fabian does not have time to brew polyjuice potion, with his grueling training schedule!
Therefore, the MMMM stacked two of its Midgets, one on top of another, to reach Real!Fabian’s natural height!
They then donned a long travelling cloak to hide the bottom Midget, and, using the transfiguration charm that lead the Boy Who Lived to have a bright yellow eyebrow for Slughorn’s party, turned the top Midget’s face into Fabians!!!
See, the fingerprint on the cage is that of a Midget, as is the skin oils left on said cage!!!
No! That evidence is false! It was all planted after the initial check!
Therefore, PB, dry your tears! ES will return, now that Fabian is clearly innocent!
