There is news tonight that a new documentary on J.K. Rowling is being prepared by ABC News. This behind the scenes documentary will include “several interviews, the book tour for the final “Harry Potter” installment, and a tour of locations that inspired her characters. It even hints to what the future holds for Harry and his friends.” ABC is working with a UK production company to prepare this documentary which is set to air here in the US in November.

Thanks Sarah!

Documentaries are usually interresting to watch and I don’t anticipate this one is no different. But how Jo can cope with all this media attention and TV cameras following her all around is beyond me.

So I look forward to this. If we’re lucky, it even gets aired outside the US. :)

Well it sounds good but I hope that it’s put on the internet. I’m looking forward to watching it.

I’m looking forward to it, as I never did see the iTV one.

It’s been a long time since Leaky’s had an update. Slow news day(s), yeah?

Thank you very much for the information Emmy. I didn’t even bother to look on YouTube since Professor Potter said that it had been taken off, but thank you for letting me know it was in fact on there. Much appreciation.

hehe Danielle I was thinking the same thing-slow news day today! Even when there is news, it’s mostly about the trial. I wish there was some movie news at least. I miss the good ole days when we’d wait for the “do not disturb” sign to disappear and the Wombats…. But back on topic-I’m eagerly waiting for the documentry; I didn’t get a chance to catch it on iTV!

I hope it’ll be available online! I think it’ll be different from the ITv documentary, maybe they’ll have some bits from it, but it won’t be entirely too similar. Can’t wait!

A trial is a trial and it brings to the surface the worst on everyone envolved. Let’s not let that damage the way we love the fan sites and Jo’s work. She rocks! We, the fans, rule! And that’s that :)

MUSIC FROM THE DOCUMENTARY:

I saw a post that Professor Potter and a few other ppl are looking for the music from the ITV “A Year In The Life Of…JK Rowling” documentary.

You are right in saying the music was an original score composed by Paul Leonard-Morgan (BAFTA award winner composer for film, TV and adverts).

You can listen to and DOWNLOAD some of the JK Rowling tracks for FREE on his website: www.paulleonardmorgan.com (in the “extras” section, under “downloads”)

Enjoy,

Cx
