PotterCast 146: Set Them All Free
PotterCast
Tonight we have for you the 146th episode of PotterCast, our Harry Potter podcast, featuring the PotterCast quartet in a jam-packed show. In Sue’s News this week, the PotterCasters discuss J. K. Rowling’s comments at the James Joyce Award ceremony on Dumbledore and Snape, Rupert Grint’s recent comments on Quidditch in HBP, auditions for characters at the Harry Potter theme park, and Jo’s contribution to a birthday book for Prince Charles. Phoenix Files is up next bringing you talk of the Hagrid’s secret mission as it was seen in “Order of the Phoenix.” Bit-by-Bit covers the tenth chapter of “Deathly Hallows” where we find out more about Kreacher, the longtime Black family house elf. Canon Conundrums is also here with the question of Sybil Trelawney’s Hogwarts house affiliation on our minds this week. Finally, the drums feature Hotttttttttt Cheryl’s response to John’s assertion that her Ts come with age, Frak’s wish to become a Hogwarts substitute teacher, an Acting Troupe update, and Salsa making with Melissa. Great show, as always! Every week I look foreword to a new PotterCast! I can’t wait for next weeks.

Awesome! It’s my weekle dose of Pottermania! Can’t wait to listen! :-)

I’m so glad that Frak has stayed on for Pottercast. :) I liked the trio dynamic, but I like Frak so much that it’s great to hear yet another opinion on things. Keep him permanently on the show!!!

Not bad, guys, but … IMO, the “drums” section was too long and too boring. It was twenty minutes long!!! I was wishin’ for Scribby 5. Just saying.

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! POTTER CAST SOUNDS FUNNY, BUT I DONT HAVE AN iPOD! loved what the article said, though!

Looooove it!!! the song at the end is great!!!! I’m so happy Frak stayed…he rocks!

Nezziekiki, you don’t need an ipod, or any mp3 player, to listen to Pottercast! You can stream it from this website by hitting the play button (|>) in the Pottercast box on the right! (It’s three boxes above the Leaky Poll.)

yayyyyyy!!! pottercast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yayyyyyy!!! pottercast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice episode^^
What was that song in the end? It was wonderfull, but what was it called?:D

To my way of thinking, Sybil Trelawney would if needed to be “sorted” would be in Ravenclaw my arguement for such is her knowledge of her subject , often her predictions are passed to the wrong people. The area of divination is approximately 80% correct. Sybil is shortsighted and often give her predictions to the wrong people (as her physical sight is flawed), she stays up in her tower so that she says being amongst crowds “clouds her vision”.(this is quite possible if she cannot see very well) She is knowledgable about her subject and very often is correct but her dilivery is poor. (her tower is high in the sky as would be a raven) Her ability to see is often hidden as she keeps away , hidden in her tower to hide her poor visual ablity. (she sees something dark around Umbridge well that comes to fruition as she gest carried off by the centaurs in the darkes area of the forest.)

yay! great episode!! What was the song at the end called?

Awesome as always, as sad as it is, no scribby 5 was the best part. i just fast forward that now as its too scripted and not as fun. The longer the drums the better for me.

I made a video for Sue: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNIWS9_Sa5U
