It’s not Dan who is the icon. it’s Harry. Harry is the one in the front. Don’t confused the two. And Harry deserves to be in the front. It has nothing to do with Dan.

Star people aren’t confusing Dan with Harry, Dan is as much a part of the hp iconic image as anything because he is the face of hp. They could have gone with jkr or a drawing of of hp instead but they didnt because Dan’s image is more recognisable and therefore iconic. It takes nothing away from the books it promotes and compliments them.

Agree with you both, Star and Miriam. It’s said that the movies make more than the books which makes sense when you think that each movie makes almost a billion dollars each, and if the average price of a ticket is $10, that’s a whole lot of seats they’re selling.

Of course, i am also just gleeful that they positioned H/D in front.

Just wanted to point out that this is a different Star from me. I don’t post here very often anymore, but I wouldn’t have posted this. I know Dan and Harry are two different people, and I wouldn’t dream of suggesting everyone else here doesn’t know it, too.

On the topic at hand, what a great cover. :)

HPgenius, it was death scenes from MOVIES that they listed. Read it properly. Also considering how many death scenes there have been over years on film for Cedric to be listed is great.
