Hold on everyone! The batch of high res photos from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as seen earlier today in the USA Today newspaper are now here. We also have two more new photos to tell you about released via MSN Mexico, one showing a new photo of Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) in full Quidditch gear,and this one of a deep in thought Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton).

The new “Half-Blood Prince” high res photos are:

I think the one with Ron might be at the Quidditch tryouts, that would explain the people behind him:)

There seams to be a lot of quidditch players in uniform. There is only meant to be seven players to a team. Or is it the trials? Mmm…

I think Draco looks awesome, I love the look on his face, so serious, it makes you believe/hope he’s going to be tough and that he’s all grown up. Awesome.

Okay, that picture of Luna is so totally on the train! I mean, look to the side of her. Those look like compartment doors or something.

I’m so ecstatic with everything we’ve seen and heard about HBP so far. So they have a few details off.. when do they not?! Yates has included some of my favourite book moments and he seems to be bringing HBP to life in a beautiful and entertaining way! And all the casting has been soo perfect, IMO. I’m so glad he’s staying! :D

I’m sure the quidditch photo is from the try-outs, but not the ones that were supposed to be OotP. There were tryouts in HBP too, with Harry as captain. The rest of the picture look great too.

the one of harry and hermione looks sad almost like its after the death butt… its a winter scene so i cant figure out were the picture is set!
