It would seem our streak of good news has come to an end, as Coming Soon.com is reporting today they have confirmed the trailers that will be shown before the new Batman film, “The Dark Knight,” and a teaser trailer for “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” is NOT among those listed. Putting an end to the earlier rumors that at long last we might see a teaser trailer for the sixth Harry Potter film, Coming Soon also speculates that they believe it might be shown as late as August 15, in front of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” however that is unconfirmed at this time. So its back to the waiting and guessing time again folks, sorry!
And still we have to wait MORE time for this trailer , this better be the best trailer, out of all of them , like heart stopping, jaw dropping, pee in your oants from excitement good!
Le poo. You know Warner Bros should take heed of just how many comments are on this news item. Look hittin 14 pages at the mo. People want the trailer WB!! Well according to the official Clone Wars site we only have 36 Days 1 Hour 17 mins and 36 secs left to wait to get that trailer. You know I love Star Wars but part of me can’t believe I’m gonna be seeing ANOTHER Star Wars movie in a month!
Honestly, I really don’t think its like most of us are demanding they gave us the trailer now. I mean would we like to have it now? Of course we would, but I think what really has most of us pulling our hair out has more to do with that WB isn’t bothering to deny any of these more believable and widespread rumors like this one and won’t give us just a rough timeline of when we can possibly expect a trailer or if there will even be a teaser/trailer at all so alot of us get our hopes up and when we hear that yet another one of these rumors is untrue, we understandably become disappointed and irritated due to such a huge lack of news.
I don’t want them to give us so much that they give away the whole movie like they have occassionally done in the past, but at least a teaser/trailer and a few tid-bits here and there. I mean just throw us a bone once in a while.
I feel like over the years we have gotten used to a certain treatment/amount of news from WB regarding these films because they have almost always given us so much in between films, but they just don’t quite seem to be following up that way this time around.

WHAT?? doesn’t warner brothers realize that this is ticking people off now???? it is NOT creating suspense whatsoever. Harry potter fans want a trailer NOW!! And who exactly wants to waste money to go see that star wars movie? even star wars fans don’t want to go see that. This new cartoon version is as bad as the lego version of star wars. is WB unaware that the majority of harry potter fans would rather see the trailer online then go to that movie? WB would be smarter to release the trailer in front of a movie that will get more people coming in because then harry potter fans will still go see the movie along with the crowds that go to see the movie itself, bringing in a LOT more money and publicity.
wow it’s so late even now, and it’s still not here not even with batman. omg it might be out on my birthday august 15!! but it’s SOOO LATE for the teaser…. =\

Star Wars is the best Sci-Fi movie and 3rd best Movie Saga, only behind James bond and Harry Potter. Its just it will take so long, Come on guys, Star Wars is actually good. It will make more people see Harry Potter, I know a lot of folks who love Star Wars.
Many people here complain that they are “losing interest” with the film because they haven’t seen the trailer yet. Funny. The books didn’t come with trailers but we didn’t lose interest then. So what’s the difference?
Also it’s been stated that WB is losing people and pissing people off by not releasing it next week. Look at this board. It’s just drummed up more talk about the movie by “not releasing it”. And we don’t even know if that’s true. We’re going off a website. It could be going with Mamma Mia or any other movie coming out next week.
Also? David Yates is not to blame. An entirely different company often gets contracted to create the trailer. Quite possibly it’s simply that the CGI/Post departments are having issues finishing the work on certain scenes that the Executive Producers said needed to be in the trailer and therefore it was delayed in going to the other company.
Or simply they felt the need to wait. Because after all, by February of last year I had seen all the trailers. The Dark Knight was ridiculously over publicized maybe WB has learned to scale back a bit.
