....and he doesnt appear to be wearing this half moons….surprise surprise.

He has glasses!!!! I can’t tell if they are half moom but, it is a start! I am still sad about the date but, the wait is fun kind of. They should be using the extra time to film Albus’ funeral.

Avatar Image says:

Actually, if you go to MuggleNet, there version of this pic is way bigger and he is wearing his half moon specs! Squeeeee :) If you look close at his hands, you can see the green screen glove to for the blackened hand effect, too.

Avatar Image says:

Avatar Image says:

yeah sorry guys i just did that…....

Avatar Image says:

i don’t want to see him die!!! that won’t be any fun… poor guy.

Avatar Image says:

I think it is interesting that they are using CGI on his hand. I thought they would use prosthetics.

so is WB really going to smother us with screencaps for another full year until we’ve seen enough frames of the movie for us to partially constuct the entire film in flip-book style and set it to the audio book narration and post it on youtube in place of the complete movie?

Avatar Image says:

Green screen hand! Half-moon glasses! Im happy. hehe.

Avatar Image says:

stsh, i’d be happy if they did actually :) i’m a total murder/mystery fan ( love programs like CSI, murder; she wrote, NCIS, without a trace, miss marple, law & order.. etc.. ) therefore love piecing things together, trying to work out what happend, so that’d be great for me.. haha..

Avatar Image says:

This is rubbing salt in an open wound. The WB is poo!

Avatar Image says:

POTTER FANS PLEASE STOP LOOKING AT THESE HBP PICTURES. THE MOVIE COMES OUT NEXT YEAR! THEY LET US BELIEVE WE WOULD SEE IT IN A FEW MONTHS AND FOR GREEDY REASONS THEY HAVE PUSHED IT BACK. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE FANS AND IT IS AN INSULT THAT THEY RELEASED A TRAILER, A DATE AND THEN CHANGE LAST MINUTE. NOW THEY STILL RELEASING THESE PICTURES THAT AREN’T EVEN SPECIAL. THE WB CAN GO SUCK IT! I HOPE THE MOVIE LEAKS SO I CAN BUY.

DO YOU SEE HIS HAND THEYRE GONNA MAKE HIS HAND ALL NASTY BY COMPUTER EFFECTS

the worst part of the movie being pushed back to next july is that we’re going to be treated to 8 months of incessant whining every time the movie is mentioned. seriously, you all sound like a horde of dudleys.

XD

Exactly!

Dumbledore: Welcome, welcome to another year at Hogwarths. Bad news, I’m afraid. Muggles wont be watching us for another 8 months later than planned.

Avatar Image says:

Actually, the best thing about the date change is that it is now extremely likely that the film will be leaked and widely distributed, hopefully resulting in a considerable financial loss for WB, which will make them feel some of the pain the non-WB merchandisers are feeling, now that they have factories full of merchandise and no movie to sell it alongside.

Seriously, they must think these lousy pictures are going to brainwash us or something. Still boycotting. Loads of other people still boycotting. All still calling up/emailing and complaining. Petition still has over 40,000 signatures. Thank ye. _

and he has his beard stupidly tied up again like a fool. the screen dumbledore’s a big fat joke, out of character, a complete lunatic. as is WB. i highly doubt that WB will be able to pull DD’s death scene off. That was the one scene that made this book and international headlines with the whole fandom mourning if i remember, tears pouring out of people’s eyes as they read that bit. and that is the other reason why i won’t see the movie until probably the dvd’s out. the first as we all know. i can wait. the movie doesn’t mean much to me now.

Avatar Image says:

Class, I never noriced the green hand, cool! I love this picture it’s so great, I love any one that has the crew in it! Hopefully in like another 10 years time I’ll be one of them! (I can dream this whole film studies thing is going to pan out)

Avatar Image says:

Who gives a damn about these stupid pictures? It’s obviously WBs master plan, to smother the sites with completely uninteresting pics to “pacify” the fans. By the time the movie’s released we’d already have seen the whole bloody thing in stills.

Avatar Image says:

Ok…The movie is pushed back, We have to wait an extra 8 months, WB suck for that. Fine. Everyone gets it. Only some of us realise that we can´t change it and complaining about isn´t going to help. I´m not gonna say to get over it, Because thats not going to happen..But honestly…is moaning and complaing about it in the comments to every picture and HBP news story going to do any good? Nope. Focus on the positive, Move past the negative. This is a fandom f love afterall. Also…GLASSES! Yippee!

Avatar Image says:

And some of us realise that if we make WB realise that we are not going to swallow their stupidity and go see HBP like obedient sheep, that we CAN change it. = )

Avatar Image says:

I doubt it, MattJ, but some of us would rather put our efforts into making changes in the world that will make a real difference…not just moving up the release date of a Hollywood cash cow.

Avatar Image says:

“Actually, the best thing about the date change is that it is now extremely likely that the film will be leaked and widely distributed, hopefully resulting in a considerable financial loss for WB,”

You’re absolutely right atout that. There will be a premium on the ifrst pirated copies of this movie unlike anything they have seen before. I think the Amaniacs are now running WB.

As for the idea of whining, I guess it’s all in the perspective. I can’t think of a single reason why we shouldn’t be allowed to complain about this. I think it’s the people who think no one should talk about this who sound like the whiners. They seem to have little tolerance for others, and that’s very Dursley-ish.

Avatar Image says:

“I think the Amaniacs are now running WB”

Indeed. Looks like the Animaniacs escaped from the Warner Tower and are now impersonating Alan Horn. I like to hope that the guy making these statements isn’t the real Alan Horn, you see. If he is, he really needs a better PR team to rewrite his statements for him.

xyc, that’s very sweet of you to put all your efforts into making a real difference in the world. Fortunately I am able to multi-task. = )

Well said, Matt. :)

Avatar Image says:

Well, at least he looks better here than he’s done before..! I’ve never liked him very much, Michael you know. I think Richard Harris’ version of this great character was so much better! He was just like how I’ve always imagined Dumbledore. But I hope the director and the rest of the crew will produce this film in a much better way than they did last time. I liked the first two of the HP-films. But after that I’ve been really disappionted, and I’m not expecting anything this time, cause I don’t wanna be that disappointed again. It’s terrible when you’vve looked forward to the release and then find out it was crap…

Avatar Image says:

I know a few people who really didn’t like HPV at all except for Helana Bonham Carter’s performance.

I liked HPV very much exxcept for Helena Bonham Carter’s performance, which i thought was waaaaaay over the top.

I agree that Richard Harris’ Dumbledore was better than Michael Gambon’s, but poor Gambon—what an act to have to follow.

I can delay seeing HP VI a week, though, and I hope the media is full of comments about the disappointing first week attendance for HALF BLOOD PRINCE.
