A host of international release dates for “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” have now been posted on the official Harry Potter website. At this point several countries are scheduled to see the film several days before the US/UK release set for November 21, 2008. To see the entire list, click here.

The farthest back I see is the 19th, and that only happens a couple times. Probably, a lot of the ones on the 20th are to make up for time differences and the international date line and such.
The reason why Belgium is the 19th nov is that in Belgium new movies always come out on a Wednesday. I’ve heard that other countries (e.g. US) always has new movies come out on a Friday. I must say that I like it this way :-)

it’s the same date as twilight if I’m not mistaken… can’t wait for these two great movies..can’t decide which one will i watch first

OH yeah! I’m so glad I live in Belgium! I really have to see it. Weird that the other countries are so late though. Belgium rocks! :D
