Our Order Partner RupertGrint.com is reporting that the Little Film Company has announced the inclusion of Cherrybomb on the schedule for the film festival taking place May 13th through the 24th. The film is slated to be screened on Thursday, May 14th at 9:30am at Riviera 2 Theater. Word also came via UHP that Mr. Grint is not currently scheduled to attend the screening, however that may change. Further details will be posted on Leaky when they become available.

He's a wonderful actor and he looks sooooo good in the Cherrybomb publicity shots!Avatar Imagerozoweskarpetki says: Like mollywobble, I looked at some Cannes lists and Cherrybomb is not there. I was suspicious because most of the big festivals have a clause which says that your film cannot have played at any of the other big festivals, cannot have been released in general distribution etc. Cherrybomb was shown at the Berlin film festival, so it doesn't fit the bill. I think mollywobble is right and this is just The Little Film Company trying to secure distribution deals. During the film festival, Cannes hosts one of the biggest "film markets" for distributors. AFAIK this isn't officially part of the film festival itself, it just happens at the same time in the same city. Since Cherrybomb isn't on any official lists that is probably where it's being shown - especially that it seems The Little Film Company is showing a couple of its films then. This is still good news though cause it sounds like the chances of Cherrybomb getting worldwide distribution are much better than for the majority of other Potter star films.Avatar ImageBlackCat13 says: GO RAVENCLAW!!!Avatar ImageTamyris says: Go Rupes! I do think he s the best of the trio, eventhough Dan and Emma are also great. But Driving lessons was just so awesome and he was just so great! In Cherrybomb he will play someone different, totally different from Ron and I am sure he is going to nail it.Avatar ImageJersey says: I'm sure the movie is greatAvatar Imageiconshero says: Film looks cool!
