Avatar Imageluna.quibbler says: first!! cool =D !Avatar ImageHPNAIV says: Lol. The wardrobe thing was very funny :DAvatar ImageKDumbledore says: Haha awesome!Avatar ImageLadyinBrown says: Has Emma announced which US college she is attending? Avatar ImagePrisoner Of Azkaban says: Brilliant. I like the way she can poke fun at herself. Amazing girl.Avatar Imagesakuranbo07 says: David asks a stupid question: Is this the 4th Potter Film? Don't they have staff to actually research on their guests or at least use Google?Avatar Imagesakuranbo07 says: Regarding Emma's wardrobe malfunction, she probably forgot her wand & couldn't fix it on the spot. Atleast she was wearing underwear. lol! Avatar Imagehermione97 says: Really funny when she said that she hated to be an actress!Avatar Image-MischiefManaged- says: Why can't I see the video in that CBS link? The link takes me to a Wireimage page with pictures of Tom Felton but no video in sight anywhere...Avatar ImageTasyaWeasley says: emma watson amazingAvatar ImageEdmundstaustell says: I saw the interview and it was a disaster. Letterman didn't do his homework, tried to be funny, and talked to her like she was a little girl. Which she certainly no longer is. The atmosphere grew chillier and chillier until by the end she was staring at him, and close, it seemed, to walking out. She is much more formidable as a guest that Letterman seemed to realize. She can't be messed with any more, and stupid, inane questions, coupled with the picture he popped on her, did not go over at all well. Not a good interview, by any stretch of the imagination, and I suspect the last one Emma will be doing with Letterman, probably much to Letterman's relief. Go Emma, is all I can say. She showed about 1000 times more class than that clown.Avatar Imageblackcat40 says: MischiefManaged, I don't get the video either, just the pictures of Tom.Avatar Imageericaeeks says: Wow.. Just because she had a wardrobe malfunction, does not mean you have to spread it all over the TV.. My god, I would of been ripped.. and it sounded like Emma wasn't too thrilled they showed that pic either. Geeze...Avatar ImageRin68nyr says: He did ask stupid questions...but I didn't get the feeling that Emma was annoyed. The picture, I'm sure, threw her off for a bit...but she came back with a great comeback line! ErinAvatar Imagemwppforever says: The link redirected me to pics of Tom Felton promoting HBP in Toronto too. Not that I'm complaining, but I'd like to see the interview clip too! How come some ppl got it and others didn't? Has CBS taken the clip down?Avatar ImageLiderc says: Letterman is the least funniest person I think I've ever seen on TV. Emma did great, despite Letterman showing a picture of her in her underwear to everyone in the world. He knew nothing of the film or past films she's been in and made us American's look like bumbling idiots. He's a disgrace to our society. Avatar Imagesteffi1387 says: Here's a video of the letterman interview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0d-LPtxSWvYAvatar ImageMatea says: this interview is so amazing! Emma is always amazing on Letterman! you go girl! love ya!Avatar ImageKimberlyZ says: No way I think she did just fine. She totally held her own with Dave. Dave Letterman has always been a bit of a jerk but he's been like that with everyone. Avatar Imagesquibcloakmaker says: I knew they were going to pull up that little misshap, I just knew it. Poor Emma, though at least she was wearing underwear, and she handled him very well. I did find the show pretty bad and remembered why I don't watch Letterman any more, but i turned it over to Conan, and remembered why I don't watch him either.Avatar Imagegryffindor1991 says: I watched it. But i missed Rupert on Regis and Kelly, i hope someone posts a video online.Avatar ImageCandyCane2304 says: It was interresting to say the least.Avatar ImageharrietPotter says: everyone should watch this vid then watch her last interview with david letterman! some questions and responses were repeated again, which is pretty boring.but she was much more vivacious and interesting in the other one.she even reveals some fav past times :P she was incredibly quiet and self-conscious in this vid...Avatar Imagecbm says: You either like Letterman, or you don't. I happen to like him and have been watching him for years. He says many oddball things to get laughs,. Asking if this is the fourth film was one of them. I am sure he knew this was the 6th film. He does this to try to illicit humorous responses from his guests. sometimes it works, sometimes it fall flat. Last night it worked. Emma was great and had some wonderfully funny lines. Avatar Imagefianni88 says: I can't believe Letterman would actually show off a picture of her like that. I am relieved to see that she was able to handle it with grace and a bit of humor, but that was totally unprofessional of him to do that to a 19-year-old girl. Hopefully he learns some manners for Dan's interview today.Avatar ImageCarol Carvalho says: I commend Emma for this interview, very clever and gracious... David Letterman was pitiful though... he was tacky and detached, horrible...Avatar Imagetwiwizardjedi says: Something really passive aggressive about this interview, Dave...Emma handled herself quite well. Avatar Imagekbicprez says: “You either like Letterman, or you don’t.” I agree. I don’t like him. I’ve always thought his jokes were just mean. Other guys (like Conan O’Brien) can be funny without making their guests cringe. Emma looked uncomfortable to me during a lot of the interview, but I thought she handled herself well. Avatar ImageProfessor Skrewt says: Letterman's monologue was full of stupid jokes, the Queen Latifa interview was okay, but Letterman went back into stupid mode for the interview with Emma. He should have known that she despises the upskirt paparazzi and not embarrassed her with the photo. At least he wasn't as cruel to her as he was about Sarah Palin's daughter and Alex Rodriguez. An incompetent interviewer, Letterman didn't even follow up his inane questions about her grades and future plans by asking her what college she had chosen. I wish Emma would appear on The Daily Show or The Colbert Report!Avatar ImageMountain Violet says: I ordinarily like Dave, but that was an excruciating interview. Good for Emma for getting in a few zings, and I hope they never make her go on his show again. Looking forward to seeing Dan on the show tonight.Avatar ImageProfessor Skrewt says: Maybe Dan will "play the hero" and take Letterman down a notch or two for embarrassing Emma. What an insensitive git Dave is.Avatar Imagecbm says: As for the picture. When coming back from commercial, there is an overhead shot where you can see Letterman showing Emma the pictures before he shows them to us. I am sure if she had objected, the second picture would no have been shown. This was typical Dave, you either like or you do not. Avatar ImageWingardium says: Well done Emma. She certainly knows how to hold her own.Avatar Imagegirlatty1 says: Wardrobe gaff? At lease she was wearing underware unlike the Britany Spears incident. lolAvatar Imagepottershrink says: thanks Steffi1387 for the link. David letterman is an appallingly bad interviewer! Does he have a chip on his shoulder, or what?! I agree with the commenter above who says he was passive-aggressive. Electric cars and liberal arts? what the ...? six and a half minutes into the interview before the words "Harry Potter" were even mentioned. Good on Emma for staying charming and cleverAvatar ImageRhiannon7 says: This is the second time I think he has been awful to her. He is such a pompous jerk. I hope Dan lets him have it tonight. Avatar Imageele0206 says: Didn't like this interview...Letterman tried to put her in an imbarassing situation...she managed it well, though. LOVE her outfit.Avatar ImageBonnie Radcliffe says: Does anyone know why Emma is wearing two different dresses in the pics from her getting in and out of the show?? :? I love the white one!! ^^Avatar ImageMountain Violet says: I wonder if it's possible they had arranged that so that she could address the incident and defuse it. Damage control, so to speak.Avatar ImageHattFerg says: The interview was amazing! It made me laugh so hard! Emma Watson is a great speaker!Avatar Imagethecoze88 says: I watched this last night. Emma was hilarious!! What a great girl. Avatar ImageWON_TWO says: I don't think Dave was too harsh with her... I mean did you see what he did to Paris Hilton??? he acted like a doting grandpa to Emma compared to that!Avatar ImageWON_TWO says: I don't think Emma has officially stated which "Ivy League" college she will be attending... But it is in NYC.. So you figger it out! lol...Avatar ImageScottMan says: In most cases, David (and many talk show hosts) will review the questions with the guests before the actual show and during commercial breaks, like "Is it ok to talk about this?" So most seemingly embarassing moments like that are actually planned. ;)Avatar Imagepotterrock says: yayyy!!! greatt videooowwAvatar Imagepinkmoosely says: I really think these new promo interviews for HBP show just how mature the trio are now, and yet how much fun they're having together as well, I think this goes for the extended younger cast also.. Evana, Bonnie, Tom & Matt etc.. you go guys, I love this interview about the "wardrobe Malfunction"Avatar ImageJadeDanielle says: I thought 99% of the interview was great. Emma was hilarious and charming, and I quite liked it when she "gunned" Letterman. I was really disappointed that he showed that picture of her, but I was not surprised, and if any of you have watched Letterman before, I'm sure you weren't, either. Letterman is always a jerk to his guests. That's why I absolutely loathe his show :P I thought she handled it really well, though, so she came out on top in the end :)Avatar Imagecghambright says: Emma was AWESOME!! So funny. You could tell Letterman was trying to uproot her, but she wouldn't let him. And I can't believe he brought out the wardrobe malfunction picture. But I loved Emma's answer, "Atleast I wore underwear."Avatar ImageHorcruxalej says: emma is B-E-autiful!!! that was pretty mean to show that pic on national tv but wasnt to bad i suppose but yes i agree with everyone not a very nice thing to do but great come back Avatar ImageProfessor Skrewt says: Here's the comment I posted on the CBS website: You don't learn from your mistakes, do you, Letterman? After being widely criticized for cruelly suggesting that Sarah Palin's daughter had been "knocked up" by Alex Rodriguez, you should have figured out that people don't like your making fun of innocent young women. Last night you confronted Emma Watson (whose name you mispronounced) by bringing out an embarrassing photo of her "wardrobe malfunction" at the London premier of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. As if stupid jokes during your monologue weren't offensive enough. Even your wife is fair game to you. I'm surprised that she let you back in the house after your show. Too bad that toaster death ray isn't for real. Grow up!Avatar ImageMidnightSun321 says: will look in a sec :)Avatar ImageHPHealer says: I guess I am in the minority... I thought the interview was brilliantly funny. Emma was classy as always. I think she is now my favorite member of the cast. I think it is likely that Emma gave the green light on the photo. And why shouldn't she... wardrobe malfunctions happen...you laugh and move on.Avatar Imagex_Potter_Lover_Forever_x says: LOL!!! Really funny! :D I love Em! :)Avatar Imagesanimagus says: How should i download the video to my computer?Avatar ImageKC Nox says: poor emma! great recovery and funny interview!Avatar Imagehermyone08 says: Emma really held her own against Dave, nice job! :)Avatar ImageThat-Gryffindor-Girl says: the picture was pretty funny, but i would die if it was me
