Order Partner RupertGrint.net is reporting that the official website for the film Cherrybomb, staring actor Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), has been launched, featuring a number of new still photos from the upcoming film. The website, Cherrybomb the Movie, also contains the trailer, video interviews with Mr. Grint, a cast Q&A, actor bios, and much more (Caution to Parents: This is most certainly not a child friendly site, as the trailer contains scenes of drug usage, violence and sex.) High res photos from the website gallery can be found right here at RupertGrint.net via SS.

On a related note, our Order Partner also has multiple reports online from a recent screening of the film at the LA Irish Film Festival that took place over the weekend. Fan reports of the screening and the Q&A session that followed can be found via this link.

Thanks to our RupertGrint.net!

I didn't mean to post that 4 times... :-oAvatar Imagepfowlerp says: I have to agree with Calum Wilson, this isn't really my type of movie but I might rent it on DVD because Rupert does seem to be a good actor.Avatar Imagepotterforpresident says: Looks good. I want to see it. :)Avatar ImageRubyHagrid says: i cant wait to see it! :)Avatar Imageharrygetsme says: i am so there!Avatar Imagesimos says: Go Rupert!Avatar Imageharrygetsme says: whoa crazy trailer....dark...Avatar ImageAndrash says: I definitely want to see this movie... Although I might not ever see it, I've read somewhere that possibly it won't ever be in cinemas or sold on DVDs (not even in the States or the UK, let alone in Hungary, where I live, so double bad for me XD) because no company sees much money in it. Really, that would be utter rubbish, there are thousand if not millions of fans who would buy those tickets and DVDs... Though, the whole article I've read might have been wrong, might it not?Avatar ImageARION says: I will definitely be seeing this flick. It's been great to see Dan, Rupert and Emma, the 'trio', evolve into great actors and venture outside of the HP World in such films as "The December Boys", "Driving Lessons" and "Ballot Shoes", respectively... but I'm excited to see the next, more mature ventures such as "Cherrybomb". Rupert was great alongside Julie Waters in "Driving Lessons", highly recommended. Avatar ImageTheWizard says: Movie I wanna see :DAvatar ImageFifi says: Sounds cool. :DAvatar Imageizziewitch says: Definitely not my kind of movie. Everyone talked about Dan's stepping out from under Harry by doing Equus (in which he was quite wonderful), but this looks like it's a giant step out.Avatar Imagekiwimci says: I hope this gets picked up soon and distributed. If it happened to Driving Lessons it can work with this... hopefully. I love one of those stills were Rupert has the bloody face and the sky is reflected in the building behind him. Very dramaticAvatar ImageMach1982 says: I'll go see see it, as I', from Ireland looks a bit like skins http://www.e4.com/skins/. The trio are now Adults, if the want carer in film they go to show they can playe different rolesAvatar Imagegryffindor1991 says: yay! Rupert did a great job! :DAvatar ImageFloridianFlounder95 says: I don't want to watch it, no offense to Rupert but I just don't like these types of movies, I like comedies and fantasies and sci fi, but not these.... :( Avatar ImageWingardium Leviosa says: It's not really my type of movie, so I don't think I'll be seeing it.Avatar Imagealicia00 says: i sorta wanna c that movie but idk it looks pervertedAvatar ImageJananae says: Looks interesting :)Avatar ImageLisbry says: Wanna see it, doubt I ever will though. Avatar Imageilykw7 says: it looks like a really good, and definately more mature movie...maybe i'll go see it. its coming out in ireland right??Avatar ImageRavenclaw98 says: InterstingAvatar ImageGooch says: I'm 12 so I doubt my parents will let me see this.Avatar Imagemuggle118 says: awee deff want to go see thisAvatar Imagekayzz says: This movie looks super intense...but Rupert looks really cute in it. Rupert is in there...Avatar Imagesessionka says: YAY RUPERT!!!!Avatar ImageHermione Elizabeth says: I think it's great to see Rupert in a totally different type of role like this.... I definitely plan to see this. :)Avatar ImageMiss Freewind says: I saw this film during Azkatraz. I really enjoyed the movie, but I did think the ending was very abrupt (and even a little predictable). Also, I can't remember the last I head the f-bomb used so much in a movie. LOL!!! Rupert was incredible in the this film and I loved the music chosen for it.Avatar Imagelevi-OH-sa not levio-SA says: very cool, i take it that it is getting closer to the movie being released somewhere somehow since they made an official website for it? i hope i can at least get it on dvd. it's a shame that stupid jessica simpson movies get at least put on dvd and a cool and prob really good movie has such a hard time getting bought or whatever the process is for movies.... anywhooo i think rupe is hilarious in his interviews "yea, cool" excellent, yea" lol same every time Avatar ImageHBPFan says: Finally!! What took them so long? Cannot wai to see it ;)Avatar ImageBeckster235 says: does anyone know if this movie is being released in the states? im starting to think it wont be....Avatar Imagepotterfan4lyfe says: i would watch it but my mom will NEVER let me watch it if she saw the "CAUTION TO PARENTS" crap oh wellAvatar Imageclashcityrocker13 says: looks like a good movie!Avatar Imageinspired_by_you says: im not really crazy for it...Avatar ImageAJWC1 says: I've had the opportunity to see the film 3 times. I think this movie was a very good experience for Rupert (as he's said himself.) He really inhabited his character, he took on a difficult accent (from what I'm told) and he did very well with it (I asked the folks when I saw it in Belfast. Also, from walking down the street, he did sound like those guys.) I like seeing him do stuff in the "real world," no blue screen and he had more than one or two sentences to say at a time. The actors didn't stand in a row and say their lines out "there" somewhere. It's getting less with David Yates, but the trio always seem to be in a row. Unless the trio is walking, they don't move much. (This has nothing to do with anything, I'll move on.) Rupert, Robert and Kimberley had amazing chemistry. No ackwardness (unless it was character appropriate.) For the Potter fans, there's this one scene (for those who've seen the night scene in the carpark clip, it's JUST before that), that I KNEW that Rupert can bring it to Ron/Harry altercation before Ron leaves. I am SO pumped for that moment based on what I saw in that scene in Cherrybomb (it's my favorite scene in the movie.) Also, from what I saw in CB, I KNOW Rupert can handle his business in a kissing scene, so if Emma had her A-game that day, that scene should be perfect (although, much more innocent and sweet, hopefully, but definitely better.) So, I don't blame you if it's not your cup of tea, but if it is, I think that you'll enjoy Rupert's performance. Avatar Imagesuperman82 says: I'm glad to see some new roles are opening up for the trio.Avatar ImageTamyris says: I sooooooooo wanna watch this movie!! Go Rupes!!! I love him!Avatar ImageTamyris says: Rupes is a wonderful actor.
