You are such an incredible actress… not only as the perfect Umbridge, but in the innumerable other movies that you have been in. You really nailed the part, and we fans really appreciate it. It’s a part that could have been exaggerated to the point of being ludicrous, but you played it just as it was written… sickly sweet, like poisoned honey. That giggle will haunt me for years.

A very happy birthday, Imelda!! SHe was absolutely PERFECT as Umbridge, I honestly see her in my head sometimes when I reread OotP. She HAS to be in DH, she’s too excellent a villain not to be!
