Last night, the a UK fan event for the film New Moon, the second installment of the Twilight franchise, took place in London, England. Harry Potter actors Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) and Robert Pattinson (Cedric Diggory) were in attendance, and images from the red carpet are now available here in our Image Galleries.

When asked if she liked Twilight she said “no, not really” then she goes to a fan event. That’s just seeking attention in my book. Twilight is more popular and she’s just jumping on that bandwagon now to help herself.

I would like to point out to the younger contributors that Bonnie Wright is a working actress who has turned up at a fan event attended by an English actor with whom she has worked. The fact that she appears not to be keen on the Twilight saga only goes to show her generosity of spirit. I am appalled at the bad manners displayed by some HP fans.

I’m so glad to see that there are some people on here who are not just trying to be mean about Bonnie, or the way people dress or using this to vent their hatred of Twilight.
Perhaps it is time that those who are making so many negative comments, some of which are quite nasty actually, got a sense of perspective, people go to film premieres to support one another, they can dress as they choose to and some people like Twilight, it’s not the end of the world is it?

I agree! I also think that you can like Twilight AND Harry Potter! I mean, sure, it’s not AS good, but what is, really? Just calm down with your twilight-hate comments.
