The first photo of actor Dan Radcliffe filming for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is now available. UK tabloid The Mirror is running a photo (in print only at the moment) of Dan as Harry Potter, with the article noting "the mist thickens around wand-wielding Daniel Radcliffe in a forest scene." Thanks to Snitchseeker, we can now see a scan of the photo, here.
Filming began last month on the two parts for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, with Part One due in theaters November, 2010 and Part Two in July, 2011.
Thanks much to SS and Emma for emailing!

Come on people, you all have read the books, you know Harry is not interested in fashion. So the clothes are perfect, very in character. Don’t think about what you like, think about what would the character wear.
For the first time in ALL the films Harry is wearing something that could have been Dudley’s!!! It’s big. It’s SO canon! And you are worring about if it looks good or not?? Come on! xD
His hair looks perfect too, longer like the book says. This must be one of the most canon pics I ever seen!
I can’t believe we already have the first pic from the last movie! This is like part of HPhistory. It’s quite exciting! And it looks like the Siver Doe scene, awesome!
But the reason they are filming one of the last scenes could be because of the special effects. They film the scene which will need more computer work first.

Btw, does someone knows if they were filming it in a ral forest? Because that could be the reason this tabloid (that likes to write headlines with really silly puns) managed to obtain this picture.

It seems so strange to be seeing pictures from the Deathly Hallows when we still have months to go until we even get to see the Half Blood Prince! Cool, though. Before we know it it’s going to be all over :(

It will never be over, not as long as those who believe in the fandom are here! Sorry…too easy. Anywho, Harry probably gets the well fitting sweaters from Mrs. Weasley, he probably asks her to knit him some because he is sick of overly huge clothes.

Ah, I’m so excited! However, as pointed out by someone else, he looks a bit old. =\ Maybe mid-thirties instead of seventeen, but oh well.
I can’t wait ’till 2010!

I think he just looks older because he looks big because he is wearing multiple layers like it says in the book. I am not exactly sure what you guys think mid-thirties looks like.
