I guess we can see from this picture what the Lavesden set report said about Mr. Melling getting too slim to play pudgy Dudley anymore, without body padding! Amazing what they are able to pull off at that studio.

Yay, I’m so glad the Dursleys will be in the DH film! I was really miffed about the changes they made to the beginning of HBP, it would have been awesome to have Dumbledore coming to Privet Drive and telling the Dursleys off. I was soooo looking forward to seeing it when I read the book. So yeah, I’m very happy they’re including the Dursleys in DH. :)

Good to see the Dursely’s will be back.

What about John Cleese as Nearly Headless Nick? Not essential to a coherent story line, but still….

And the Grey Lady was played by Nina Young in SS….not sure if that was her again in CoS tho, the part isn’t listed in the credits. And of course we haven’t seen either since. My guess is that we may see Nick again, but the entire “I stole the diadem from my mother” scene will just be dropped as unimportant and too slow.

The same applies to William Melling as Nigel…since we cannot have Colin Creevey, I will admit to becoming fond of Nigel!
