Photos of Hogwarts Express Filming for Deathly Hallows

Location filming recently took place in Scotland involving the Hogwarts Express train for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. A freelance photographer has now posted photos on his public flickr, here or here in our image galleries of the filming where a camera was attached to a helicopter to get the overhead shots; others show the fabled train at Rannoch Station near Loch Rannoch, Scotland. Please note: no cast members were present at this filming.

Hi Guys, Im Aaron. The train was full of camera, control, tripods, dollys etc, and a whole load of production staff in yellow jackets. The hub of the operation was 3 Miles down the track, it was a wet day and there was little chance i was going to walk, there is only 1 road to the station, with the station being at the top of the “T” shape, the tracking shots etc took place to the East (Of the T, if that makes sense). If i can get more, will let you guys see the stuff, i had no idea Harry Potter had such a decicated group of followers! Have a great week.
Epilogue? Or just a train shot to show what the trio are missing, as they leave behind hogwarts and the normal school year.
