Official Cherrybomb Website Launched; Reviews from Screening in Los Angeles

Order Partner RupertGrint.net is reporting that the official website for the film Cherrybomb, staring actor Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), has been launched, featuring a number of new still photos from the upcoming film. The website, Cherrybomb the Movie, also contains the trailer, video interviews with Mr. Grint, a cast Q&A, actor bios, and much more (Caution to Parents: This is most certainly not a child friendly site, as the trailer contains scenes of drug usage, violence and sex.) I will definitely be seeing this flick. It’s been great to see Dan, Rupert and Emma, the ‘trio’, evolve into great actors and venture outside of the HP World in such films as “The December Boys”, “Driving Lessons” and “Ballot Shoes”, respectively… but I’m excited to see the next, more mature ventures such as “Cherrybomb”. Rupert was great alongside Julie Waters in “Driving Lessons”, highly recommended.

Definitely not my kind of movie. Everyone talked about Dan’s stepping out from under Harry by doing Equus (in which he was quite wonderful), but this looks like it’s a giant step out.

I hope this gets picked up soon and distributed. If it happened to Driving Lessons it can work with this… hopefully. I love one of those stills were Rupert has the bloody face and the sky is reflected in the building behind him. Very dramatic

I’ll go see see it, as I’, from Ireland looks a bit like skins http://www.e4.com/skins/. The trio are now Adults, if the want carer in film they go to show they can playe different roles

I don’t want to watch it, no offense to Rupert but I just don’t like these types of movies, I like comedies and fantasies and sci fi, but not these…. :(
