Actor Tom Felton recently gave a new interview during which he spoke briefly about the final battle sequence and end of the “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” film. The video, which can be seen here, Mr. Felton comments on to what to expect in the final film, by saying:

“Unquestionably more exciting and more substantial as well… the final half an hour, or the final hour, really, of the last film is going to be non-stop carnage and I can’t wait to see it.”

The interview continues with discussion of the bleached blonde hair he must endure as Draco, feelings of nostalgia as the shooting comes to an end, as well as his plans for the future.

Its going to be so exciting seeing a new type of Potter.Avatar Imagebellaohbella says: cant wait Avatar ImageDawna says: Can't wait to see it! But looking forward to this first half in November!!! Where is the countdown????Avatar Imagewhyalltheglitter says: I can't wait! It sounds like they are doing the 7th book justice, since the last 100-150 pages were all non stop battle. It will be a different side of Harry Potter, since there usually isn't actual "Battle" in the movies. This interview has definetly succeded in getting me excited!Avatar Imagesindie11 says: They'd better have "The Prince's Tale" in that final hour!!! I haven't heard anything about the casting of a child Snape or a teenage/young adult Snape.Avatar ImageScourge15 says: i dont know if ill be able to stand seeing Tonks and Lupin die....Avatar Imageazaadpotter says: cant wait to see the last movies. but its also very sad that the movies are ending. :(:(:(:(.Avatar Imagemagicmaniac says: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IT WONT END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DONT WANNA CRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SSSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Avatar ImageNumeroUnoFan says: epic proportions friendsAvatar ImageI love my Spectra Specs says: Sooo excited for the movies! But still...bitter-sweet...I can't believe that the movies will all be over so soon...Avatar Imagegingerr_kat says: non stop carnage is a great way for him to phrase it. i love thatAvatar ImagePeverell62442 says: Oh my gosh I hope what he says is true and too much isn't cut (as always)! I can't believe its almost over! I'm just going to be crying the entire movies because whenever I'm not crying about some tragic scene I'll be crying about the fact that it's all over!Avatar ImageHermione Elizabeth says: I know that the Hogwarts Battle at the end is going to be EPIC!!! I'm so excited and yet so sad to see it! Avatar ImageNicci Weasley says: Non-stop carnage...! That's awesome!Avatar ImageFleur-de- Lily says: I can't believe it almost over how sad.Avatar ImageMartok says: Am I the only one who hopes that they don't overdo it? Turning the final film into "The Battle of Hogwarts: The Movie" would mean that we are going to watch secondary characters and Red Shirts throwing spells at each other for most of the time. Sure, it's going to look really awesome. But let's not forget why they are defending the castle in the first place. The trio has to do the important stuff, but shifting the audience's attention to battle scenes won't help to bring this across.Avatar ImageWeetzie says: I agree with Martok. I'd also love some information on the prince's tale. I hope they're going to make it long =DAvatar ImageFilmGirl27 says: No I don't think the prince's tale is long (or even in there at all). Like someone said, no one was cast as child Snape or teenage Snape. Don't get your hopes up. I'd say the only one of his memories we'll see is the one with Dumbledore talking about Harry. I love the idea of "non-stop carnage"! What an epic climax! So sad it's ending though.Avatar ImageLove is the greatest magic says: At the time I wasn't happy that they cut the battle at the end of HBP but looking back I can see why they did it and am starting to think that it was a good idea. It lets them concentrate on the battle in DH and gives it more impact as nothing like it would have come before. Avatar ImageLove is the greatest magic says: Oh just thought of something else. It's nice to heat that Tom is looking forward to seeing the final result. I wonder how some of the other actors feel about it - do they mind watching their own work? There is also the added point of it being the last HP premiere - mixed emotions all round I guess. Avatar ImageLittle Light says: I don't want it to end =(Avatar Imagex_Potter_Lover_Forever_x says: *CANNOT BELIEVE IT I ENDING???!!!!* But I really hope they do the 7th book, justice. Sounds awesome ...... final hour??? YES!! ;D Avatar Imagecha_granger says: I still can't believe it's gonna be the last. Big war, many people die... non stop carnage is the most suitable phrase to describe it. Agree with it. But still... can't believe all the stories is going to the end. NO.....!!Avatar Imagelurking_llama says: Non stop carnage, fair enough but I will be raging if the Prince's Tale isn't included. I seriously hope that they do the right thing and include it.Avatar Imagehrhgnl says: I can't wait to see the movie. I hope they do justice to the complete battle sequence including Fred, Tonks, and Lupin. Avatar Imageharrypotterfreak101 says: "Non stop cranage" I'm already loving The Deathly Hallows! Avatar ImageCatherine says: Im so excited for this movie(s)!!!! and i cant wait to see them...yet at the same time, I DONT WANT IT TO END!!!!!Avatar Imagecuteh888 says: Oh wow this makes me sad!! I can not believe it is almost over! :( He even has his hair sort of back to normal...wah!! I am excited for these movies though so I guess it is good they are finishing up but it is the end of an era! Wow!Avatar Imageinspired_by_you says: awesome news! :D finallyyyyy!! but i dont want it to end! :(Avatar ImageCarinaPotter says: This is going to be a FANTASTIC movie! I want it to come so badly since I really want to see it, but then I don't, because I don't want it to end.Avatar ImageKimberlyZ says: YESSS to the movie, but NOOOOOOOOO for the end! :( *sob* ...I wonder what they're all going to do with their lives...Avatar ImageMoose_Starr says: Hmmm yeah ... I'm with everyone that is somewhat doubtful about the *non stop carnage*. Sure, in the book there is a huge battle scene but, there is also other stuff going on and, I hope they get the right balance. Other movies have picked out a battle scene from the book they filmed and, it was overkill ...Avatar Imagerohit_albus severus says: It ll be bloody cool..can't wait!!!Avatar ImageSashaSabrina says: Ahh I am SO exciteeddd . Sad as well, don't want it to be over :( glad its two films :)Avatar ImageToNkS_rip says: luv him, luv potter, cant waitAvatar Imagebeallgood01 says: Can't wait to see the last two movies. I just hope they live up to the book.Avatar Imagenealiezealbie says: me either tom! I. CAN. NOT. WAIT! :DAvatar Imagenealiezealbie says: it the final hour of the second film then, yeah? so--the--final, final hour? anyway, still cant wait. :DAvatar ImageLIFETIMEPOTTERFAN says: OMFG I caaaaaaaaaaan t wait to show my best friend who is unfortunatly a twilight fan and a former HPotter fan:( how HOW COOL THE HARRY POTTER FILMS JUST CAN BEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! I m sooo FREAKING EXCITED!!! OMG I CAAAN T WAIT!! AHHH!!! It is torture that they haven t published anything exept 1 trailer ! NEED... MORE... POTTER!!!! Avatar Imageaval says: whoot woot! can't wait, I wish the count down clock was up!Avatar Imagesgreeter8888 says: @sindie11: I am also concerned about the prince's tale being included. I would really like some assurance that it will indeed be in the second movie and some info about who will be playing young Snape and Lilly. Only 7 months away! Can't believe it. Avatar Imagesgreeter8888 says: Yeah, where's the count down clock for DH1? Heck, where is the fan commentary for HBP????Avatar Imagecheeserpleaser says: I absolutely cannot wait to see the movie! I am positive that they are going to turn the elaborate climax into one of the greatest battle scenes in the history of cinema.Avatar Imagehermione97 says: I actually like him more with white hair than the haircolour he has now, maybe I'm just used to the Draco Malfoy we always see on the movies...Avatar Imagegirlatty1 says: Exciting but sad also to think it's over.Avatar Imagejhangelgurl says: Aw this is just all to sad. Avatar ImageGiant Squid says: Please, please, please don't end!!!Avatar ImageaauroPotter says: OMG! i cant wait!!!!! i lovee it!! ((:Avatar Imagebadger666 says: Has anyone heard anything about casting for a child Snape or young adult Snape? Or anything at all about filming The Prince's Tale?Avatar ImagePollytomat says: We can't wait to see it too!!!! Avatar ImageHBPFan says: All this just builds the excitement and anticipation even more :DAvatar ImageHelenaHogwarts says: Wow. I can't waitt for film 7 part 1! I hope it is better than the Half Bloos Prince movie because that was rubbish! I mean, they burnt down the Burrow! But I think it would be hard for them to find an excuse to change this one from the book, especially when it's in 2 parts. The 2nd part sounds awsome, it's good that they've made it as authentic as possible. Bring on the carnage!Avatar Imagesiena says: sindie11 you are right !!! I am hoping too for more Snape, who was awfully neglected in OoTP and HBP. We need to see more of "The Prince's Tale" definately. I hope it's not all just battle scenes.Avatar Imagehprocks2700 says: why does it have to end?Avatar ImageLadySidi says: I can't wait!Avatar ImageAlice Weasley says: I can't wait to see it either!!!Avatar ImageMadam Snape says: wow! "non-stop carnage"??!! If Tom Felton can't wait to see it, imagine us fans!!! Oh my God!!! I'm dying of expectation here!!! Avatar Imageagentzac says: I cannot wait. it'll be a great fight... and to paraphrase Howard Cosell... Down goes Crabbe..Down goes Crabbe!!" Avatar ImageLittle Light says: Wicked.Avatar Imagealicia00 says: I LOVE GOOD FIGHTING SEENSAvatar ImageWeenyOwl says: I do hope that they put in a few seconds of McGonagall's rampaging herd of desks. That scene gave me a good giggle. But mostly, I will be livid if they give short shrift to the Prince's Tale. For my money, Snape's unrequited love for Lily is the most poignant thread in the entire story.
