The Philips British Academy Television Awards 2010 took place on Sunday, 6th June at the London Palladium; John Hurt, Lenny Henry and Julie Walters were among the Harry Potter cast members in attendance. A number of videos from the event are now available in the Leaky Video Galleries:
- John Hurt (Mr. Ollivander) on the Red Carpet discussing how the quality of a script affects his choice to accept a role.
- Lenny Henry (Shrunken Head) on the Red Carpet talking about presenting the Academy Fellowship to Melvyn Bragg.
- Julie Walters (Molly Weasley) on the Red Carpet commenting on the two roles she’s was nominated for at the BAFTAs as well as why the awards ceremony itself is important.
- Julie Walters later accepting her BAFTA for Leading Actress, briefly mentioning the Harry Potter films and Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) in her speech.
- Julie Walters talking about how it feels to win her sixth BAFTA.
