It’s great to commemorate a wonderful actor such as John Hurt…I will never forget some of his performances in movies like I, Claudius and Midnight Express, let alone bringing Mr. Ollivander to life. Thank you, Mr. Hurt, and a very Happy Birthday to you!

I didn’t notice that the old man in “Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of the Crystall Skull” is the one who plays Mr. Ollivander. He is with Mr. Jim Broadbent who plays Horace Slughorn in that movie. Great Performance, indeed!

Late birthday wishes to John Hurt. He is a very fine actor. My favourite performance are the 2 film portrayals of Quentin Crisp. It is uncanny :-)
