I was never a big Tom Felton fan, but he has really impressed me this year. Definitely one of the cooler people in the potter cast.

hmm i might invest in a DVD because feel that maybe too much might have been deleted from the movie although i know that you can’t fit a 860 some odd pages into 3 hr tops film.

that r/h scene yates discusses here would have been out of place with the brooding ron montage that preceded the tent fight, but they were really trapped because it’s clear what their location is, plus the arm has just healed, so it really only fits in that place…darn. can’t wait for the dvd!

Okay, just realize something that is SO DUMB about the r/h cut scene. It couldn’t have fit where it was supposed to go, not with the tone, which was excellent and I wouldn’t change it, but the scene did, as Yates said, introduce some physical contact. now where else could something like that have happened? How about at the WEDDING? When they dance non-stop in the book? Oh, but wait, they changed it so krum and her dance at the wedding and then cut those scenes anyway! Okay, now THAT will bother me.
