Reminder: NBC WWoHP Preview, DH Clip on MTV Movie Awards Sunday (Updated)

A quick reminder that today, Sunday, June 6, NBC will be broadcasting "The Making of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter," a half-hour preview of the Harry Potter theme park set to open June 18 at Universal Orlando Resorts in Florida. The special will feature "exclusive cast commentary and a sneak peek at the authentic detail woven through the entire environment, as well as the ground-breaking technology that will forever change the theme park attraction experience." "The Making of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter" will air on US television network NBC at 7pm EST.

On a related note, this evening will also see the MTV Movie Awards 2010, during which, a clip from the "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" is set to air. Additionally, the sixth film, "Half-Blood Prince," has been nominated for a total of five awards, including a nod to actor Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) in the Best Villain category. The 2010 MTV Movie Awards will be hosted by comic Aziz Ansari and air live on at 9pm ET on MTV.

I hope the clip show us a new view of the whole HP Wizarding World experience. The walk throughs shown to date on Leaky have been very good.

At first I was really excited about all the info about the park, but now I’m kinda disappointed. You would think they’d leave some of it a mystery. I’m not watching any of the park footage stuff because I want it to be magical when I go, not “Oh yeah, I saw this on TV”

I hope this is posted on Youtube or at Leaky. I have to work and can’t access streaming video and have no way to record the show unless I dig out an old VCR and find a tape. :(
