Warner Bros. have sent over the first official one sheet teaser poster for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" Part 1 and Part 2 and you can check it out right here in our galleries.

The poster shows a burning Hogwarts castle from across the lake with flames and smoke rising from its towers. The tagline is set against a dark sky and reads: "It all ends here." Part 1 of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" will be released on the 19th of November 2010, with the final installment to follow in mid-July 2011.

Many thanks to WB!

With all that fire and smoke, I would have to say that poor Hogwarts gets trashed in the movie. That will explain the scene of Harry and Voldie in the ruins, maybe. I have to give Warner Bros. kudos for capturing the darkness and danger in the DH. I think the last two movies are going to be wonderful!

I’m German and I don’t like the translation. Don’t start with “es” (it). It sound weak. Better would be “Alles endet hier” oder better “Hier endet alles”. Maybe someone will read it and change it – please.

The amount of damage on the main tower defies the laws of physics; it would collapse. Still, it is a magic castle. Otherwise the poster looks great – I never imagined a complete ruin while reading the book.

Very beautiful, yet haunting poster. I love the contrasts of the blues and golds, fire and water. I am extremely excited for the final two-part instalment, and can’t wait to own this poster as well!
