Rowling received the Best Book-to-Flick award for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Best All-Time Fave for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I was there!
Everyone started chanting, “Voldemort! Voldemort!” We were all so sad when he didn’t win.

Congrats to Jo, very well deserved!
Though i disagree whole-heartedly with the first award, HBP is my favourite book and i thought the film was terrible, didn’t feel like HP at all and at one point i was actually bored!

I agreePhoenix1946 I think “HPSS” should be at the top, followed by HPCS, HPPA and then HPGF they went downhill from there and I don’t see the other movies as cutting it. Of course they all cut it in term of JKR’S books. CONGRATULATIONS TO MY FAVORITE AUTHJORJKR! The HPSS movie did the best in portraying the essence of her book HPCS and HPPA weren’t bad either. She is such a genius in writing.
