Avatar Imagepotter2005 says: Well done to everyone involved in the making of Harry Potter. A well deserved award. It was funny when Stephen Fry called David Heyman, David Warner by mistake. Poor guy I could feel his embarrassment lol Avatar Imagejhlovesmusic says: Congrats!!! :D Very, very, well done! ;)Avatar Imagekiwimci says: I feel so proud. Don't want this era to end. Please July, don't come quickly!Avatar ImageDavidTheUnready says: excellent, I hate the word 'franchise' as well, should call it potterchise, love his reference to the audio Potter books he voices :)Avatar Imagekiwimci says: Jo grabbing Rupert = awesomeAvatar ImageTarana says: Ooh, a very Slytherin dress, Jo ;o) I loved watching this. I actually saw it on TV. I loved that Stephen Fry got to present this award. "Some people think that the movies are even beter than the outstandingly read audio books" or something like this, he said. Heehee. Never, Stephen, how could anyone think, the movies are better than your reading of the books? And Jo hiding behind David Heyman. Oh dear, she really isn't a tada person, is she? (to quote her from one of the interviews) I missed the red carpet interview with Jo, Wow, writing hard. Yeah!! It's great that Leaky provided us with the link to the BBC website. I wish I had been there. Despite the rain. Well deserved award for the movies, long due too! Can't wait to see what prizes DH2 will get. Now, I'll stop my rambling thoughts.Avatar Imagegreenfinch says: i need to watch this again and again.Avatar ImagegaylebathanHP says: I've been watching this again and again since 2 hours ago. I just keep feeling them. My eyes are so red and puffy now. :( I'm so proud of them!! I dont want HP to end!Avatar ImagegaylebathanHP says: I've been watching this again and again since 2 hours ago. I just wanted to say, 'Beautiful!'Avatar Imageemkaro says: I'm so glad they got this, they deserve it so much! Avatar ImageCDR says: Congratulations to everyone:they deserve it!!!!!Avatar ImageGraymayne says: This was a very proud moment for British fans of Harry Potter books and films which have given countless millions of children and adults throughout the world hours of entertainment of a very high standard. The excellent story telling was solidly backed up by first-class actors, directors, producers, composers and all the crew involved in putting together this compelling series of films. It has be a truly magical time. Thank you, Jo.Avatar Imageoutabooks says: Congratulations to everyone involved in the films. Theyve outdone themselves every year without the thought of getting awards and now with this BAFTA theyre getting the recognition they deserve. This is my first comment, joined leaky to know where did the photo of the trio came from, the one where theyre holding statues?Avatar Imagegexpert says: I think it has been a miracle through out the years since the first book was published. We should all be very grateful that we happen to born and able to experience the legend of Harry Potter at this very timing in human history. Cheers! Avatar Imagesiena says: Tarana, you have taken the words from my mouth - the films are fine, but nowhere remotely as brilliant as Mr Fry's superb, magical reading. What he did with the books has never been achieved by anyone else, nor will it ever be matched in the future, in my opinion. The films deserve awards, no doubt - but Stephen Fry should receive ten awards for every award the films receive !!! Mr Fry, your many voices are Harry Potter - for me and many others.Avatar Imagekbicprez says: Watching the BAFTAs last night, I started feeling very nostalgic about the HP films. I’m mad about the books, but I’ve always been up and down about the films. Seeing JKR on stage with David Heyman and some of the filmmakers made me put aside all complaints. I know they worked very hard to do justice to JKR’s stories. I know that Dan, Rupert, & Emma gave half their lives to HP and it was a joy to watch them grow as actors. Everyone associated with HP deserves this recognition from BAFTA. CONGRATULATIONS everybody! This really has been the most amazing ride!Avatar ImageStoenk says: well Rowan Atkinson wasn't in the Films, was he? So not every famous British actor was in the Films.Avatar ImagexxIBelieveInNarglesxx says: really just one word comes to my mind:Beautiful! HP's been, and always will be,something unique. This award is very well deserved! Congrats to all!Avatar Imageazaadpotter says: Congratulations guys.Avatar Imagesonofravenclaw says: CONGATULATIONS!! Truly deserved ;D but you missed out the best bit!! when jonathon ross goes TAKE THAT TWILIGHTAvatar ImagexxIBelieveInNarglesxx says: gosh,i really don't want this series to endAvatar Imagekbicprez says: I also have to give a nod to “The King’s Speech” – one of the best films ever! Helena Bonham Carter’s acceptance speech was a joy to watch. I’m so glad they didn’t cut her off. Geoffrey Rush is one of the world’s best actors and I’m thrilled for Colin Firth. I’ve been madly in love with him ever since “Pride and Prejudice”. “The King’s Speech” only reinforces my belief that the British/Irish acting community is the very best in the world! Avatar Imagesirius33 says: Love it when Harry Potter gets awards! Avatar ImageButterfly_Boy says: Congratulations to Jo, and to everybody involved in the Harry Potter films, and their wonderful contribution to cinema! And to the fabulous Stephen fry as well.Avatar ImageHarrypotterultrafan says: aww bless :) how embarassing was it for stephen fry calling david heyman david warner :P lol and i love the way JK Rowling is so modest hiding behind david and grabbing rupert for comfort :) and i have to say that emma looked beautiful:') i am so proud to be a harry potter fan :') dont want it to end:'(Avatar ImageMatea says: AH! so wonderful! I wish Dan was there too..congrats my dear Potter friends! also, this is award to us,as much as it is for them. next stop- Golden globe and Oscars! Avatar ImageThe Gryffindor Fox says: My personal favourite was Wossy yelling, "Take that Twilight!" Cracked me up!Avatar ImageDawna says: Great presentation last night! This was the reason I watched the BAFTAs!Avatar Imagemoisenallie16 says: They totally deserved that I am so happy!!! they have to win an oscar for either part1 or 2 or i am going to flip!Avatar Imagehewy says: Congratulations to ALL involved with the HP films! Watched the whole thing on tv last night and it was fabuluos!! Jo is really such a humble person when all is said and done. Does anyone know where there is a video of her interview on the red carpet????? Didn't Rupert and Emma look just fabulous and Jo's gown was quite amazing. Well done all. Now on to DH2.Avatar ImageHogwartsHP says: Thank you Jo for Dream, Emotions and Love♥ !§!Avatar ImageWeenyOwl says: I loved how JKR rolled her eyes when David Heyman thanked her yet again, as if to say, 'I'm soooo done with all the attention.' Makes me wonder if she'll deliberately write something really mediocre next, just to deflect it all away for a while.Avatar Imagemudbloodcnc says: so sad the series (movie wise) is coming to an end :'( i remember my dad ordered the first (and i think second) book(s) and telling me that they would be a good series for me and him to read the movies were just...
