I'm not letting this go... I need therapy.... Awesome movie though....saw it twice!!!!Avatar Imageanotherweasleyrealitive says: I only saw it once this weekend, (I was supposed to see it twice) but, I am going to see it again tomorrow. With a notepad to scribble down the inaccuracies I am irritated about. However it was a wonderful movie overall.Avatar ImageHalfbloodPrince08 says: Amazing!!!!!!!!! present for twillightAvatar Image1prod4 says: Hi HP’s Followers! For my brother that hasn't read the book, it looked as if Neville defeated Voldemort. Also, i thought that the movie ended without giving you enough lines or i don't know enough emotional gratification for you to come out of the movie feeling satisfied. It just ended.Avatar Imagethemeganjoan says: its unquestionable... but its really the book that gave me so much satisfaction, the goose bump factor...:) chanman is right..sorry,but the ending is not what the lot of hp fans wants to be,just like me. it just ended right here ,right then. but of course..its one of the greatest stories ever told..and movies ever showed long live Harry..:)Avatar Imagerettophantom says: Agreed. I confess myself, dissapointed. What happened to the Deathly Hallows? Wasn't that the title of the movie or something? They spent all that time setting it up perfectly in Part 1 only to completely ignore it in Part 2! What happened to Harry Potter: Master of Death, Possessor of all three Hallows? The invisibility cloak was all but non-existant. If they hadn't used it in Gringotts, I would have thought he didn't even have it anymore. But LOLS on the just pretending they set up the mirror properly... OH and Tonks and Lupin's child? NEVER announced, but somehow Harry was still able to talk to Lupin about his son.... I don't know where they learned about Harry Potter, but they seem to have missed a few crucial lessons...Avatar Imagerettophantom says: oh yeah, and YAY breaking records!!! I'm actually very proud, whatever the many faults of this particular installment are.Avatar ImageLunaLuver says: Now as long as the last two sucky Twilight movies dont beat DH we'll all be good. Nad I mean, how can they, really? I liked the ending, it was different but think back, all except the first movie ends differently. PoA had the worst ending, I think thid one work, although Harry not fixing his wand did throw me some. But the Epilogue was simply amazing! :)Avatar Imagechanman says: Woo ok someone else thought that too. I mean the ending wasn't even as emotional as some of the previous movies. There were hardly any lines. And seriously didn't it appear as if Neville killed Voldemort what with him fading away (he should've exploded haha) right after Nagini was killed. If they would've had like ten more minutes it would've been perfect... Avatar Imageazaadpotter says: Oh yeah baby!!! Twilight doesn't stand a chance. Avatar Imagemencia says: @ Chanman my sentiments exactly!Avatar ImageMawuko Batse says: Absolutely great film, I wouldn't change anything. So emotional. The reaction from the audience was great, such a buzz. Really proud of the movie and can't wait to see it again this weekend and add to the box office. Avatar ImageMarijaLuvsPotter says: Awesome! :)Avatar ImageMawuko Batse says: Oh, and one comment about the 3D. I've always been a movie purist, kind of, but the 3D is definitely worth a look, even if it is only once. Kind of cool, although not really needed. Avatar Imageworldstraveller says: I loved the movie a lot, one of my faves, the only small minors of dislike was James when was young in snape memories, the no mention of invisibility cloak of the deathly hallows being harry's, the broken wand (that's what less bothers me, because between the entry when Harry found his friends and they being already on the bridge, it could be a perfect off screen moment), now Harry's invisibility cloak and James hair color and no glasses, there is no excuses there, but since is just extras somehow, so I'm not bothered really, they put the key moments to flow the story and sort of satisfied they compensated the bathilda bagshot to the camp scene (how Harry's mother died and a bit of Harry's father) on snape memories but I'm happy it broken the record, it deserves it for a final installment of worldwide phenomenon that we HP fans are part of =)Avatar Imagepuppylove10 says: wow thats alot of money!!!!Avatar Imagemuggle..andproudofit says: I'm not suprized at how much it made ,even if it the ending is a little dissapointing ,(I mean we learn nothing about Teddy ,we don't know anything about Dumbledore's sister ...the list goes on and on ) (did anybody else think it odd that :a, little James,Lilly and Hugo say Nothing in the Nineteen years later thing ? and b,little Albus looks about 14 and has a farret not an owl?)Avatar Image1HarryPotterFan123 says: YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATS, HARRY :)Avatar ImageHogwartsForever says: I always knew it would break such a record.Avatar Imagepurpleleafgirl says: not a big surprise considering how AWESOME the movie was!!!!!Avatar Imagepurpleleafgirl says: :)))Avatar ImageWON_TWO says: Not surprised in the very least!Avatar Imagejacket says: That's really great! Only thing is it puts 3D back up there, it's been losing face but now it'll be rising again with such a fantastic start to a 3D movie. It's a pain. They should come out with perscription 3D glasses, if 3D sticks I'm going to want a pair, wearing those glasses over mine just SUCKS! they always slip down my face and it makes it difficult to really enjoy the movie. I will never again see DH part 2 in 3D. I will see it many many more times, in good old 2D.Avatar Imagewdlee says: yea the ending should have followed the book closer why didnt they show harry repair his wand ect ect I guess im disapointed for people who never read the books they will not see the way jo tied every thing together Avatar Imagewdlee says: incomplete compared to the bookAvatar ImageMawuko Batse says: Great numbers, congrats DH2. Well-deserved. Great film. Perfect ending, very emotional. Seeing it again this weekend. Can't wait. Avatar Imageangadpotter says: awesome movie Avatar Imagehewy says: Just saw the movie and loved it. But, do agree with all the prior entries about the things that were either left out or never mentioned so one could understand where a scene was going ie: going into the forest and talking to Lupin about his son. Over all it was good but and extra 15 to 20 minutes added to the film would have given then ample opportunity to tie up many, many loose ends. Did love the Epilogue - Dan will make a great parent when the time comes.Avatar ImageHermione_Rules says: Yay! Part 2 broke the opening record. I absolutely loved Part 2!Avatar ImagePWilly says: Loved Part 2, but agree with others who feel that some extra time spent here or there would have improved the story (the cloak, Harry repairing his wand, Snape's memories)...Also, I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Neville/Luna connection. That wasn't in the books, and JKR has mentioned that she never intended them to be together, so why did they do it in the movie?
