Avatar Imageweasleywannabe1997 says: It looks amazing! I am off to pre-order IMMEDIATELY! Avatar ImageFleur-de- Lily says: It looks amazing!Avatar Imagezweasly says: Great! Going to see if I can preorder on Amazon now! Makes me want to get a Blue Ray player just for this movie! :)Avatar ImageWON_TWO says: I wonder if they will come out in Green-Ray?Avatar Imagekiwimci says: Boo Hiss! UK should be 1stAvatar ImageSevsTam says: Can't wait!Avatar Imagewandmastercalum says: Hmm I don't have a blu ray player but I can probably find the features on youtube once it's released :DAvatar ImageActani says: "Warner Home Video have also announced that at the end of the year, December 29, they will cease shipment of all the Harry Potter films." --- what can it possibly mean? Why would they stop selling the films? Avatar ImageJoRowlingRocks says: Incredibly annoyed that the US is getting the release 3 weeks before the UK, what the hell!?Avatar ImageNige29 says: I have to say, I'm much less excited about this release than other films in the series (almost any other film in the series, actually). The final film was a major let-down. A shadow of the masterpiece that the novel is...I'm sure I'm much too late to be making these comments on the quality of the film, as so many people seem so "sold" on it, and although I thought it was good - and at times very good - it wasn't truly "great". It could have been so much better...Avatar ImagePotterAcumen says: I wonder why we American gets it before the Brits? Oh well, I'm not complaining! @Nige29: I felt/feel exactly the same way! I feel a little guilty for not loving the film unconditionally and wholeheartedly (I think it's a moral obligation among Potter fans), but also a little disappointed at how the film turned out, because I know that it's final, they're never doing another one, and I would really dislike it if they did do remakes! I think I just have to accept that while it didn't completely live up to my standards, or at least came quite far from eclipsing the brilliance of the novel, that there were 7 other Harry Potter films that made the mark for me (okay, more like 5, Goblet of Fire and Half-Blood Prince lacked the material and the quality offered by the canon), and anyways, I would have felt a lot worse if the last book had been what I perceive as a "fail" (at least in terms of what I expect out of HP). Avatar ImagePotterAcumen says: Sorry, I meant "get it," not "gets it," and Americans not American. I was typing way too fast, and I'm not a very good typist anyway. Avatar ImageValeria-Johanna says: It's a disgrace that we are not getting the DVD in the UK until 3 weeks after the US. We are the land of Harry Potter.Avatar ImageLivi22 says: That's not fair! It should be released on the same day everywhere! Why do I have to wait three weeks?Avatar ImageLunaLuver says: I cannon wait to watch all the extras! I think I'll get it right at 12:01 am! =D But why in the world are they going to cease shippments??? Maybe they're coming out with a really massive DVD/Blu-Ray set so people will have to but that if they dont already have the movies.Avatar ImageMidnightSun321 says: Awesooooooome! BTW On Amazon.co.uk it said the Blu-Ray 1-8 will be £32!Avatar Imagemegalen says: Cant wait!!!! Hope the blue-ray extras are on youtube.Avatar ImageGiant Squid says: Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Avatar Imagebookworm1118 says: It comes out exactly a week before my birthday! Perfect timing for a present!Avatar Imageharrypotter4258 says: BOO-YAHAvatar Imagegirlatty1 says: Exciting and it's being released earlier than I thought I it would be. I thought we would have to wait til Christmas.Avatar Imageamelia 1-2-3- says: lol why will the cease shipment??Avatar Imagebellahawthorne says: I feel bad for the U.K. because they get it later than we do, but I'm excited too! I can't wait for the features - especially J.K. Rowling and Daniel's conversation! :D Anybody know why Warner Bros. would cease shipping on the dvds though??Avatar Imagebaru08 says: I want a double disc dvd edition!!! is too much to ask for?Avatar ImageHarryLoverAllRound says: This looks Amazing!! I'm so unhappy that I can't get the blue ray version. I can't play Blue ray on my T.VAvatar Imagevicki_the_house_elf says: Again, us UK fans get left out in the cold! I'm still angry with Warner Bros. for not letting us have any midnight screenings for DH1 and this has just made me even more angry! It's all about the money for them and not the fans.Avatar Imagesboyer06 says: OMG OMG OMG!!!! I CANT WAIT!!!Avatar ImageEgor says: So if they're ceasing shipment on december 29th, is there not going to be ultimate editions of the Deathly Hallows movies? or are they just going to wait a couple years and release the Ultimate Ultimate Collection that has all of the Ultimate Versions, including the Deathly Hallows films, plus even more ULTIMATE ULTIMACITY. Movie studios only "put things in the vault" to bump sales, as people who were putting off buying the movies, and might not have, end up buying them. I don't personally have any of the movies at the moment (I just mooch families and friends copies), but I just wonder if I should hold off for an Ultimate Edition Bundle that is surely to come, but perhaps not in a very timely manner.Avatar Imagekyrstalkris says: I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!Avatar ImageHarry-Potter.fan says: I absolutely cannot wait! I hope it comes out the same time in Australia too!Avatar ImageHarry-Potter.fan says: Wow!Avatar Imagealexandriawolf says: my questions is, will they release an ULTIMATE EDITION set of all 8 films? i've been avoiding buying the ultimate edition DVD/blurays hoping for some type of set eventually..Avatar Imagemencia says: just like Nige29 & PotterAcumen I didn't really feel like the last movie did the book justice. it was a good movie but it was not awesome in my opinion. I will however still get it on dvd & blu-ray for my collection because all the added features sound amazing and whether the movie was good or not it's still HP thus it will do...Avatar Imagemommy65 says: NO WAY MY BIRTHDAY IS 3 DAYS BEFORE THAT. Thats now on my birthday list!!!Avatar ImageGoldenGem says: To say I am disgusted with Warner Bros. is an understatement! First why do only Blu-Ray users get to see some of the deleted scenes as not all of us either have Blu-Ray or can afford to buy it. Secondly, I agree with every other Brit on here who is complaining about the 3 week delay in the release date for the UK - Why????? Avatar Image_Hermione--Granger_ says: Oh i can't wait!!Avatar ImageEeyore says: Why not release the movies on the same day in the UK and US (and everywhere else, for that matter). And whatever does "cease shipment" mean. Why would they stop selling something that makes them a lot of money. I've been slowly getting the Ultimate editions. Until they are out, I've bought the DVDs. Only now that all the special content is only on blueray, I've been getting that. Only problem is the little TV is the only one where I can watch it. The whole thing is a tad annoying. (I'll still buy it, but . . . )Avatar Imagebeth1052.52 says: Try living in Australia - we can't even get the 5 & 6 ultimate editions here - at least not yet - and they have been out since June. What hope do we have for the rest of them???Avatar Imagemolly43 says: I’m in the US and I agree with you @ Livi22-((ROAR!!)) everyone should get it at the same time. Maybe it’s a legal issue. Avatar ImageGoldenGem says: I have asked Warner Bros on Twitter why there is such a delay in the UK DVD being released - after all the film is made in Britain - but despite asking twice I have not had the courtesy of a reply and I like every other Brit can't understand the reason for this delay. Avatar ImageHogwartsForever says: *want*
