A very dedicated Harry Potter fan has put together a nearly 18 minute video which showcases pretty much every spell and act of magic shown throughout the eight “Harry Potter” films. This impressive montage can be seen here or below!

Avatar Imagemuggle..andproudofit says: Aww! so amazing!...first comment? =)Avatar ImageLunaLuver says: You have to love the dedication of Potter fans, its like nothing else. :DAvatar ImageValeria-Johanna says: Interesting (though the ending spoiled it, when it just changed into an advert for something else). They obviously particularly enjoyed the magical battles (and who can blame them?), and missed a few important but quieter moments, including Hermione's removal of herself from her parents' memories (and photographs), and Snape's gifting of his memories to Harry.Avatar ImageFleur-de- Lily says: so amazing how this person edited this Video! Avatar Image says: I think they missed afew spells, or maybe I need to watch it again, i don't remember Hermione setting Snapes robes on fire or doing the sunshine spell on the Devil;s snare for starters... Hey, Valeria maybe we can have a game of finding spells they missed! But it Is still an interesting video to watch,Avatar Image says: Lacarnum Inflamari is my favorite spell was it in there?Avatar ImageValeria-Johanna says: That's a good idea for a game. Lacarnum Inflammare was in there, I think. It always makes me marvel that so many fanfic writers seem to want to make up a romance between Hermione and Snape. I mean quite apart from the fact that it's illegal in the UK to have a sexual relationship with one of your students, even if they're not under-age (16 here), their main interactions in the books seem to be him being horribly rude to her, and her setting fire to his robes and stealing from his stock cupboard (which he would soon have found out about, through Legilimency). Even in the wizarding world, I don't think this is a good ground for love to blossom later on. (I suppose sticklers might object that (apparently) murdering the headmaster is also fairly illegal, but in general Snape is quite strict about keeping the rules.)Avatar Imagesilverkacy says: Cool video :) And yes they did miss a couple spells but it's still really impressive.Avatar Imagesilverkacy says: Cool video :) And yes they did miss a couple spells but it's still really impressive.Avatar Imagemoglet says: The end was rather annoying suddenly turning into an advert, but quite a good video otherwise, however they didn't have Dumbledore and Harry apparating into Buddleigh Babberton in HBP or Harry casting Sectumsempra, and they didn't have the trio apparating into London in front of the bus, or escaping from the ministry and apparating into the forest. Perhaps Apparition doesn't really count as a spell, but it is a magical thing.Avatar Imagekatelyner123 says: They did have him casting sectumsempra, it was just sort of cut off at the beggining. But AMAZING! I as well LOVE the dedication you find in Harry Potter fans because it is our life and we would do ANYTHING for it. You could never find fans this amazing for stupid things like Twilight or the Hunger Games or ANYTHING. I hate how people say its just some stupid wizard thing when ultimately its a series about love, and friendship, and the REAL greater good. So for you blind haters out there, if its such a huge 'wizard thing', why is there only less than eighteen minutes of magic!?!?!?Avatar Imagekatelyner123 says: :OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Harry Potter fan dedication is freaking epic, and they are the most dedicated of any other fans. Why are we fans? Because we have something worth being fans for. And we have something other fans don't, something worth being fans for!!!!Avatar ImageWON_TWO says: Right you are moglet... That was rather annoying! :+/Avatar ImageValeria-Johanna says: I don't think they had Tonks showing off her metamorphmagus skills, did they?Avatar Imagemoglet says: Sectumsempra was cut off short! Ah that will be why I missed it, you didn't get Malfoy collapsing with blood staining the water around him. Actually some other bits were rather rushed too, so you were barely aware of the spell cast, and some were rather prolonged, Wingardium Leviosa being one of those.Avatar ImageRin68nyr says: All in all, a very interesting montage! You can see how, as the films progressed, there was more and more time spent on spells. Avatar ImageValeria-Johanna says: And of course you didn't see Snape chanting 'Vulnera sanentur' over Draco's wounds, a moment I love in the film.Avatar Imagehorcruxhunter7 says: wow this is really impressive!Avatar Image says: They missed Hagrid using his umbrella to start the fire in the hut on the rock and give Dudley a pig's tail. I didn't see Mad eye thump his staff to reveal the OOTP headquaters. Are we sure a fan did this or someone on staff at the advertising agency. I mean wouldn't a fan have not missed any spells? Avatar ImageRin68nyr says: With the adverts at the end..I don't think it was a fan. I would love to have a montage of EVERY spell. They did miss a few here and there.Avatar ImageRin68nyr says: With the adverts at the end..I don't think it was a fan. I would love to have a montage of EVERY spell. They did miss a few here and there.Avatar ImageG.Weasley says: You never realise exactly how many spells there are in Harry Potter until you put them all into a montage that's almost 18 minutes long. That was a lot of spellsAvatar Image says: Thanks for agreeing with me Ring68nyr!! Avatar ImageValeria-Johanna says: They hardly showed the Unbreakable Vow. We saw Snape jinxing the eavesdropping Wormtail, then the tiniest glimpse of Snape and Narcissa holding hands.Avatar Imagemoglet says: I'd agree it's not really a fan made video, the adverts at the end prove that. They rushed things far too much at times, missing some really crucial moments like the Unbreakable vow, they really didn't need to spend such a long time showing so much of Wingardium Leviosa; Ron saying it wrong Hermione levitating the feather, then Ron sorting out the troll would have been sufficient for that spell. Did we get Hermione blasting the door open on Sirius's cell? I don't think we did.Avatar ImageValeria-Johanna says: I've just checked, and we didn't.Avatar ImageRsheppard says: That was an interesting video but it seems like they left out a few spells and @ Valeria I agrree with you about the Snape/Hermione ship in fanfiction I'm not a fan of that pairing Avatar ImageRsheppard says: That was an interesting video but it seems like they left out a few spells and @ Valeria I agrree with you about the Snape/Hermione ship in fanfiction I'm not a fan of that pairing Avatar Imagelovelle says: this is the first time i've seen this! Really good! Really amazing! :DAvatar Imagehogwarts-is-my-home says: This is so amazing!
