A new clip of Emma Watson's post-Potter film, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, has been released. In this scene a "wallflower" is defined, and Ms. Watson's character welcomes a "wallflower", Charlie (Logan Lerman), to "the land of misfit toys". This clip can be viewed below. The Perks of Being a Wallflower hits theaters September 21.

Her accent is really good. It shocked me how American she sounded. I couldn’t even hear a hint of a British accent. Now I really want to watch this movie. Logan seems so timid (which is something he’s aiming for it seems). I felt like giving him a hug.

Loved the book! Can’t wait to see the movie. It’s too bad it won’t be shown at any of the theaters were I live.

He time at school in New England has helped with her accent methinks.

Not to be an annoying stickler (hopefully), but Emma Watson’s character (Sam) welcomes Charlie to the Island of Misfit Toys (like in the classic Rankin/Bass Christmas special of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer). Also, having read the book, I was delighted to see Charlie holding the milkshake in this scene; nice to see the little details.
