Just an update on some US tv appearances:

As we posted last week, Daniel is set to be on Live With Regis and Kelly here in the US on November 13, and Emma may be on that show on November 12 (although it's a bit unclear); that night, Rupert is set to be on The Tonight Show.

The Moscow Times reports that "Tanya Grotter and Her Magical Double Bass" has been deemed by J. K. Rowling's lawyers, her Russian publishers and Warner Bros to be plagiarism and have threatened court action unless the book is withdrawn by 10 November. As always, Ain't It Cool has posted some early reviews - in this, one is positive and one is negative, but Harry says the second (negative) one seemed "off kilter" (I haven't read it yet, will agree/disagree in a moment) - but the positive one does include this frustrating line: :
