Order of the Phoenix Released in Japan

Today Book Five, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix , was released in Japan. According to the Daily Yomiuri, it "went on sale Wednesday with a record 2.9 million initial print run of the two-volume set. " You can see the cover of the book here.

The U.S. paperback version of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is now a number one best-seller book. The paperback, which was released on August 10th, is now number one on both the New York Times Children's Paperback list and the USA Today's Best-Seller list.

The Spanish edition of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" is due to be released on Saturday, February 21st. Our friends from the website ExpresoHogwarts have sent us the cover of the new book, done by artist Dolores Avendano.

Today, Bloomsbury announced that "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" will be released in paperback on Sat. July 10th in the UK.
The American version, by Scholastic, will be released in paperback on Tuesday, August 10th.
